A year after the events of Storybook Mania Poppy and Branch were having a nice day with their friends when Cloud Guy returns and sucks their friends into the book and now they have to compete their stories in order to make it back home
Later Prism, Poppy and Ash went to see Trickee, Branch and Pearl with the three of them agreeing to keep this secret with each other knowing until they could find a way to bring their two worlds together

Trickee: hey Prism I know that you don't remember me from back home but I'm wondering who do you remember anyone from home
Prism: I remember my parents I'm a little bummed that my mom is dead here I hope our friends don't have to deal with having deceased relatives in their stories
Trickee: yeah I would be very upset at Cloud Guy if he did something to my brother Chase
Prism: I would be the same if I had siblings
Trickee: you have siblings a brother and sister
Prism: wow I wish Cloud Guy didn't mess with my head anyway what you guys doing here maybe if we can do that we can complete our story and go back home
Trickee: well apparently we're here to mine glitter
Prism: I don't think we have glitter
Trickee: oh 😐 now what
Prism: we can sing a song
Trickee: ok 🤷♂️
Meanwhile
Branch: hey Poppy
Poppy: yes Branch
Branch: do you have any glitter
Poppy: 🫤
Branch: glitter you know the sparkly shiny stuff
Poppy: oh I think I know what you mean *grabs a glittery covered corn* 🌽 glitter
Branch: not really but thanks what do I do with it
Poppy: you eat it silly 😄
And the two exchanged a really good conversation and they really bonded with Poppy realizing that Branch was the troll in her dreams and that it was telling her that Branch was the one for her then she and Branch shared a kiss
