USSR
He is made to be relatively tall due to how big he is. His coat is quite fluffy, which is why it looks odd. Yes, he shot the russian Empire, and yes, I know the British Empire was related to the Russian Empire, but let's ignore that, like how we ignore Ame x Britain
B.E
He is short due to him being an island Empire, and his crown has to float due to his height. Because of my A.U. having him be Genderfluid, he has a man bun so he can look female or male. Depending on his ruler, it depends on his gender. However, he prefers to be seen as a male because of the fact that men are seen as more powerful. He has more kids than USSR, but most of them don't call him dad or pa or father.
Past Russia
He has not touched vodka yet, and he is an innocent boi. He usually enjoys baggy clothes for more warmth in the cold months, and he isolates himself from his siblings. Overall, he is a papa's boy and is trying to learn English due to how big the British Empire is and how he will need it to communicate with certain countries.
