"Is the list out yet?" Said the youngest Shepherd coming up to Bailey, Erica, Mark, Derek and Cristina
"If anyone asks me one more time, I swear," Bailey replied, sitting down in the chair, everyone was eagerly awaiting the list of best trauma hospital.
"The list was supposed to come out at 4pm," said Hahn
"It's already 4:15 p.m." mark replied looking at his watch
"Hit the refresh button. You have to reload the page" Cristina said, trying to work the computer and having her hand slapped by Bailey
"I am Hitting the button every ten seconds, just wait"
"Is it up yet?" Meredith asked, arriving at the scene with her coworkers
"No, just wait, you look like you've been born at 7 months," said little Shepherd next to her brother
"Hi" "hi" said Meredith to Derek and Derek responded by making Evelyn whisper "Ew, that's so sweet I'm getting sick"
"Is it up yet?" Alex arrived asking
"No just wait" Bailey said. "This we move up a slot, Pass Hopkins, move to number one" It was Mark's turn to speak, staring at Evelyn
"Not passing Hopkins, We'll stay two" Derek said
Making Erica look at him and reply. "Mayo could surge ahead, we could be three".
"Pessimism, get out there with your negative energies," said Evelyn, making a religious symbol, even though she was not of any religion
"Realist, ranking of teaching hospitals change based on any number of things" Erica replied, making Evelyn wonder if there was anyone more annoying than her
"Theree's top five. I can live with three" Mark said with a disguised laugh as he saw his ex-girlfriend roll her eyes when she heard erica talking
"Hit the refresh button" Alex spoke, trying to click the button, earning another slap from Bailey "Stay Back! I'm doing this"
"It it up yet?" Izzie said, rushing over "No" Bailey replied, stressed "Here hit the refresh..." Izzie said, trying to hack into Bailey's computer, and the little girl quickly replied "I am hitting the refresh...! Ok, all of you, back up. Stop hovering. Stop speculating, the rankings will go up when they go up. We have no control when they are posted, when it is up, I will say it is! Until then, back up. Leave me alone so I can..." Bailey was making a speech with her back to the computer when she was interrupted by Meredith
"It's up" All the doctors look at the fast computer
"Number 1, Hopkins number 2, mayo..." Bailey started counting "Told you" Erica said, making Evelyn roll her eyes
"Number three, Cleveland Clinic" Bailey continued.
"What??" Derek said " number four, Mass Gen"
"What???" Evelyn said unbelievable. "We moved down to five??"
"No we are not five" Bailey said, making everyone see that our hospital was in 12th place

"Are you going to ask Derek to move in with you?" Shepherd said
