Chapter 4

Lilly POV

The bus ride to the comp felt like it took forever. But I was with my five best friends and my other mums. So yeah......oh and I was texting with Hayes. We get off the bus and the crowd is cheering our names which I love.

We reach the dressing room and Kira (Kalani's mum) did my hair for me cause I have a solo and she always does it. While she was doing that I as doing my makeup. I was actually so extremely nervous, I always do before I dance. I wish Cam was here.  "Lilly can you come and run your solo here please!" Abby tells me. "Yes Ms Abby" I reply. I start practising in my costume and my nerves start to leave. I go over the parts that aren't as clean a few times and run the whole thing once, and then I get told I need to go backstage.

I walk backstage and watch a few peoples dances and then go though mine in my head. "And next we have Lilly Dallas with into me." The mc says as my cue to get on stage, the music starts and I start dancing. My nerves quickly leave and I let the music take control. I finish in my finishing pose and the crowd cheers, I walk off stage and run into my five best friends arms hugging them all. As I walk back to the dressing room everyone tells me how good I did. When I get back the mums and Ms Abby all hug and congratulate me as well. I then quickly go get ready for the group dance.

Cam POV

The boys and I are all chilling at my house when I get a text from Kira. (The mums and Ms Abby knew I was Lilly's brother but not the girls

K=Kira C=Cam

K- Hey Cam, I overhead Lilly saying how you haven't seen her dance in a long time and she really wishes you were here with her. So here's the video I took just before of her performing her solo. (solo attached)

C- Hey Kira, thank you so much for this I am looking forward to watching her perform. Don't tell her but I am finding a way with my manager to let me and maybe the others come to see her at nationals. Thank you again.

K- That's awesome Cam, hope you can make it. Your welcome, enjoy. See you when we get back.

C- Yes I agree. Bye.

I quietly walked away from the boys so I could see how well my baby sister did. I have been dying to see her perform in so long. As im watching the video im very proud of her, shes improved so much and its amazing to see her doing all these things in front all her friends, fans and even people she doesn't know.  I can not believe she learnt this in just three days. Its absolutely amazing.

As I walked back over to the group, I couldn't stop the tears in my eyes. Everyone asked me what happened. "Oh its nothing, I just got a video from Kira who is one of Lilly's best friends mum, of Lilly performing her solo. I am just so happy Kira did that because I haven't seen her dance since before I started vine and you tube. I am so proud of how far she has come in her dancing abilities and im amazed at how talented she has become." I tell the all. "Well can watch the video then?" Hayes asks. "Yeah of course man. I will plug my phone into the tv so everyone can see it." I tell them while walking into the house.

I plug my phone in and everyone sits around the lounge room watching her perform. Everyone was amazed at how talented she was and were shocked at the things she can do. After we watched it, it was 7 so we decided to go out to chipotle to get some food.

Lilly's POV

The group dance was absolutely amazing. We all pulled together and performed as a team and it was great. We are currently on stage for awards and they just finished announcing top ten duets and trios. Solo awards start and they get to third and I still haven't been called, lets say im starting to worry that I haven't placed. Second gets announced and its not me, 1st gets announced and OMG ITS ME!!! I cant believe it I just one first place. This is such an amazing feeling since usually I get second or lower cause im always put against Maddie. The group also one.

After awards we go back to the dressing room, pack up and get back on the bus to go home. None of us girls could be bothered to take our hair out and take our makeup on so we just left it and put our team jackets on over our costumes and left. The ride home wasn't as bad as the ride to the comp, it seemed to go a lot faster too. I watched two movies and when I was half through the second one I got a call from Cam:

C= Cam L-Lilly

L= Hey Cam, we are like twenty minutes away from the studio.

C= Hey, that's fine. I was calling to see if you wanted to bring all the girls over and the can stay the night and meet the guys and stuff?

L= OMG OMG OMG!!!!! CAM ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!

C= Hahahaha!!! Yes Lil dead serious so what do you say?

L= YESSSSS!!! wait just let me ask the girls..........Hey the girls said yes and are fangirling big time right now. I got go see you in 15. Love you

C= Okay I will tell the boys to brace themselves, Bye lil love you too. See you soon.

We get off the bus not long after my call with Cam and we decide we wanted to walk to my house. So all of us girls are walking down the street in hair and makeup with two big suitcases each in our team jackets to mine and cams place. HAHAHA! Let me tell you the girls are more then excited. We reach my house after a small walk and open the door.....
