Taking 10: A Boys of Tommen Fanfic

It's been a week since school started back, and today was book costume day.

I'm standing in front of my mirror looking at my Hermione costume, feeling very proud at my hard work that went into organising harry and Hermione.

Joey lynch is meant to pick me up with Tadhg in the car to swing me to school, since it's lashing raining. Typical Ireland day.

I pick up my bag and run out of the house to wait outside under the tree for some shelter from the rain.

When his car pulls up and I see Joey and aoife in the front I hop into the back "hey Hermione" Tadhg says.
"Hello harry" I say back
"Ugh you two are the cutest" Aoife says turning around in her seat to look at us.
Tadhg just rolls his eyes while I grin at her "what are you two meant to be?" I ask.
"We're Gatsby and Daisy" aoife says.
"Ugh! No way! That's perfect" I shout out excited at their choice. Aoife just laughs at my excitement while Tadhg says "you've never even read the book".
"I don't see you reading it either" I counter earning a grin from him.

"Thanks for the spin by the way"
"No problem kid, anytime, it's great to have a famous county player in the car" joey responds.

"I made county too y'know, and technically there's three in the car" Tadhg states.
"Aw, is the poor half-blood not getting enough attention" I mock Tadhg.
Joey let's out and a snort up front and Aoife bursts into laughter, while Tadhg just smirks at me, not even attempting to stand up for himself.

For the rest of the short car ride we all chat about hurling and matches until we reach the school and head in.
