❝Leave it to me and Lily. ❞

-Lily's POV-

"So this map was published in 2010, Eh?" Emma said, rolling out a map. "Come to think of it, we don't know our current location. We don't even know where this house is."

I picked up a book, "Well, the sun comes up from the south, so we're in the northern hemisphere." I said.

"And, we have four seasons, some somewhere in the midlatitudes." Ray said and then looked back down at the book he was reading.

Emma sighed, "That's all we know." She said.

I raised an eyebrow at her, "Checking for cameras and bugs, confirming what's beyond the fence. Obtaining rope. So far, things are running smoothly for the most part." Ray said.

"What should we do next?" Emma asked.

I put down my book, "We should probably attempt to create a scene so that Mom gets dis-" I said before being interrupted by Mom.

"RAY, NORMAN, LILY, EMMA!" She called, we all shared a confused look at each other as I walked up to the door and opened it before we all walked out.

She put us all in a line.

Don and Gilda are here too?

She smirked as she spoke and held out the tracker. "Could I ask you to help me with some chores?" She asked, still having that horrible smirk on her face.

Chores?

After we were finished doing the chores, me, Emma, Norman and Ray walked into the dining hall, making sure nobody was there, being able to listen to us. "This is the third day in a row. This is bad, it means she suspects us, right?! Do you think she knows something?!" Emma said, panicking.

I sighed, "Em, of course she knows something or else she wouldn't have called just the oldest 6 of the house down to help with chores." I said.

"Chill out, think of it from the enemy's point of view." Ray said calmly and resting his arm on my shoulder.

"The enemy's point of view?" Emma asked, dumbfounded.

She's so smart but so fucking dumb.

"None of the kids are reacting, Emma. It's natural that she would suspect the oldest. So there's no need to get spooked." Ray said.
