Forever floating in the gray area.

YOONGI POV

I walked back to the same location where there is a bonfire with Y/N after she told me she was worn out after spending a lot of time at the festival and eating delicious food. It was midnight and the festival was about to end. Y/n excuse herself, stating that she wanted to smoke while I went by myself to tell Mr. and Mrs. Edward that we were leaving.

" thank you for coming son! You made this evening even more beautiful today." Mrs. Edward said sweetly. I exchange brief smile to her.

" We don't have much to give you, but this is a small gift from us to your unborn child. I hope you and Mrs. Min like it." I was about to say goodnight when Mr. Edward stopped me and handed me a little bag. I saw them surprisingly yet confusingly.

"What's in it?" I asked flattly.

" See by yourself, what's in it." Mrs. Edward said happily. I gave them confusing looks but anyway, I opened the bag and saw what is in it.

Inside it, there was a very tiny and very cute little dress of a newbie was kept just as Y/N has worn today. This is a babygirl's dress.

" we wish and hope that your little family grow even more and will stay always happy like this. We did not get time, so we could arrange gift only for your unborn child." Mr. Edward hesitively informed me. I don't know what happened to me at this particular moment. After seeing this dress, I do not know why I became so nostalgic. I don't know why I started wishing that someone was really going to wear it. Someone which I call mine, some who make this dream comes true. Someone who connect me with that careless.

" There was no need for it. You have done so much already, that is enough for us. Thank you so much for this beautiful yet cute gift. This is really a very cute and precious gift for me." I confess and thanked them.

After saying goodbye from there, I again reached to my careless who has sucked second cigarettes till now. I saw her disappointedly. Will I ever be able to heal her or not? I don't like her smoking every hour. Deep down, she still hasn't forgotten her old memories.

She turned to me casually and started looking at me with her beautiful doe eyes.

" done? Shall be head back to our villa? My feet are hurting now." I chuckle when she pout while telling me about her feet.

" OHHH, What's in it? Is this a gift? Where is my gift than? Didn't they give me a gift?" I shook my head in disbelief when she asked too many questions in one breath.

" It's mine! Because I gave a piano performance tonight, so they in return gave me this gift." I lied, honestly I want to keep this gift with me. Atleast I just want to keep it with me forever. Even though we don't have a baby, I still want to keep this gift as my own.
