{CHAPTER NINE}

  After we literally walked through half of the football field Sabrina finally found her perfect definition of 'good seats'. We haven't even been here up to an hour and like every other football match I've watched, I'm so bored.

Sabrina has been talking non stop since we sat down but I couldn't be bothered about what she was saying because deep down I knew she was gushing over my brothers.

It's like the whole field just came alive or is it just me? It's hazel eyes, he's actually here! I feel weird, what is this funny feeling, admiration? A crush? Oh boy.

"Pristine!". I was snapped out of my trance by Sabrina's loud voice, God why is it so loud?

"I've been talking to you for a while now but it seems like you're... Ohhhh I see what's happening here". Sabrina says crossing her leg and placing her hand under her chin.

"What are you talking about?". I asked looking confused by her weird change in tone.

"I definitely saw you so don't even think about denying it dear Pristine".

"I don't understand what you're saying".

"Alec, you were staring at Alec, and it's not just the normal stare, it's the 'oh my gosh who's this hot guy' stare".

"Huh? Who's Alec? What are you even saying?

"The guy who just walked in, his name is Alec, he's the school's sweetheart, not in the he's so cute way but in the he's so well behaved and smart way, do you want to know more?"

"Yes, uh, I mean, why would I? It's none of my business".

"You can't fool me Pristine, you won't accept it now but when you do i'll be there to tell you I told you so".

"I have no idea what you're talking about, I'm not denying anything neither am I accepting it".

"Fine then, suit yourself". Sabrina finally stopped talking and I was finally able to think about my new found admiration.

The match was finally over and at that without a winner, what was the point then? Boys. "Come on let's go, or do you want to stay back and continue admiring your new found love?" Sabrina says smirking at me, I didn't even have the strength to answer her so I just rolled my eyes and walked out.

I went straight to my brothers so we'll leave on time and also to avoid Sabrina's teasing but then again i'll have to wait till they're done in the changing room.

I was standing by the car and going through my phone when a group of girls walked up to me, judging from the way they carry themselves and how they're all blonde, they're either cheerleaders or the cliche high school mean girls.

"You must be the new girl that everyone's talking about and gushing about how pretty she is, let me introduce myself, Hi, I'm Violetta and these are my friends, Veronica and Zoey.

I'm giving you a warm welcome cause you haven't done anything to get on my nerves and also because you're new around here so i'll give you a week to fade away as the new hot topic, after that it'll be better if you maintain a low profile cause you wouldn't want to get on my bad side now would you? Of course you wouldn't, nice chat by the way, see you around newbie". And with that she and her minions were out of sight.

Well that was wierd, luckily my brothers finally came out as well as the hazel eyes who I've come to know as Alec, please let him head in this direction, please.

"Hey sis, you ready to go?". Prudence says opening the car.

I've been wanting to go home since forever so why can't I move now?

"Pristine?"

"Hmm, yeah I'm ready".

Feeling somewhat disappointed I got into the car and we drove home, no worries, there's always tomorrow.
