2. Hospital Visit

Kaede and Kanoko immediately ran towards Hiroki as he collapsed on the couch. Kaede stopped beside the couch and placed her hands on her son's face while Kanoko looked at him in shock.

"Hiroki. Please Hiroki, wake up please." Kaede said as she held her son.

But he didn't respond which caused her to feel fear as she shook his body in the hopes that he would wake up. But even that didn't have an effect as he is still unconscious as Kaede looked at him in shock as tears fell down her eyes.

"Hiroki. Wake up, please. She didn't mean that. Please, Hiroki." Kaede pleaded as she shook her son in the hopes that he would wake up as she cried.

Kanoko meanwhile just looked at her brother as the previous words he said replayed in her head as she looked at him.

"Ah... Ah... This is... You're not Kanoko... You're not my sister... You... You're not the sister I love..."

Those words kept on replaying inside of her as she saw the unconscious state of her brother as she felt dread as she lost the strength in her legs as she used the table to balance herself as she looked at her brother.

"Hiroki?" Kanoko whispered in shock as she looked at her brother.

Hiroki didn't wake up for an hour, at the time Kaede hugged him and called out to him in tears while Kanoko just sat at her place and looked at him without being able to do anything.

Then Hiroki started to stir which caught the attention of the two as Kaede let go of her son and watched him as he groaned and slowly opened his eyes.

Kaede and Kanoko felt some relief when they saw him open his eyes as he looked at them and blinked his eyes to get a clearer look. His eyes focused again as he saw the faces of his mother and sister, but then his eyes widened as his face turned into one of fear.

"AAAAAHHHHHHH!" Hiroki screamed in fear causing Kaede and Kanoko to flinch in shock at his reaction.

"Hiroki?" Kaede called her son in shock.

Hiroki meanwhile scrambled to his feet as he looked at them and stepped back in fear, which caused him to fall of the couch as the two girls were shocked at his actions.

The two stood up and walked to the side of the couch but Hiroki scrambled back up and looked at them with terrified eyes as he walked back with clear fear in his eyes. This took the two aback as they looked at him.

"Hi-Hiroki?" Kanoko asked with evident fear in her voice at the behaviour of her little brother.

"Ah... Ah... Stay away! Stay away from me!" Hiroki said with an expression of hear as he pressed his body against the wall.

Kaede and Kanoko were stunned at how he is acting as they tried to approach him. He was however shaking in fear as he looked at them.

"Stay away from me... No please... No no..." Hiroki said as tears fell down his eyes.

"Hi-Hiroki, what's wrong? You never acted like that." Kaede asked her son as she felt fear at how he is acting.

"Y-Yeah Hiroki. Mom's right." Kanoko said as her voice is shaking as well.

Hiroki looked at the two with fear as his heart started beating faster as he started taking more breaths as the mother and sister saw the familiar actions.

"Hiroki." Kaede and Kanoko called out in worry.

"Ahh... Ahh..." Hiroki cried out before his vision went blank as he collapsed again.

"Hiroki!" Kaede and Kanoko shouted in shock and worry as they ran to him.

They kneeled beside him and Kaede held him in her arms as she cried at the sight of her son like this.
