This Fanfic is mostly based on the Netflix tv series. However, that being said, I have decided to also include some important details from the books as well. I have recently gotten my hands on Books 1-6 in the series, and seeing just how different the tv series and books are from each other, I have decided to rewrite the entirety of the fanfic to more accurately fit the writing style the author uses in the series. The main plot will remain the same, with character descriptions, age, and personalities more closely matching their book counterpart. What the tv show lacks of in character backstory will be made up by including the details provided in the book. That being said, if you would like a more tv-show centric fanfic, this fanfic will likely not be for you. I hope that those of you who decide to read this story enjoy it as much as I do.
