I just graduated from college
And settled down , in a well paid job
But i keep on wondering
Why isn't my life exciting like other people?
Like other people my age are already
Starting a family
Having children
Being successful in their career
And i am starting to think
Should i get a dog or
Maybe find a girlfriend
So that I don't have to be alone anymore.
And also i don't have to come to empty house .
Just then the cafe door opened
And the perfume scent coming from cafe door
Filled up the entire cafe
The scenery around me became colourful and vibrant
It was as if , i was in a dream like love story
The woman coming from the cafe
Was wearing a white blouse
And a tight black skirt
Just right above her knees
And her hair was down to her waist
She almost looked like a model
Walking to get her coffee
" Can i get a frappe"
She almost sounded like she was singing
I wonder whether i could find a girl like that
Maybe i should get going
I have a project to submit
I was just about to leave until
Somebody spilled their coffee on my white shirt
It was that lady again
"Gosh i am so sorry " said the lady
And she was rambling about
How she was sorry
And that she would buy me a new shirt
But i just stood there
In a daze , and mesmerized by her beauty
That the hot coffee didn't even made me flinch
Just then she took my hand and bring me out of the cafe
And bring me near a clothing shop
As soon as she hold my hand
I felt a wave of joy in me
And i am wondering how lucky am i
And a girl is holding my hand
As soon as we went to the clothing shop
She told me to get any shirt that i want
And she would be paying for it
so i picked out a baby blue shirt
That looked like my size
And then she took the shirt from my hands
Started to pay for the shirt at the cashier
