The seminar got over and we three came to the cafeteria, we were about to be seated when Rishi's friends called him and he had to leave with an apologetic face .

The moment he left , Mitali started her thesis on Rishi .

I kind of agree with her as , Rishi's sudden approach, him acting like a guy next door , being too good to be true, is making suspicious as well and not to forget his use and throw attitude. But what if he has changed? Or am I his new toy ?

Urgh-

This is the worst feeling

" Aayati what happened to you?"

" Nothing Mitali, I am just thinking about Rishi's sudden approach and all.'

"See you're my best friend that's why I am being honest .I think something is fishy too , and next time we should not pay attention to Rishi and his efforts. I am not liking him at all.

" Yes , I think you're right .

Apne crush ko ignore krna acha toh nhi lgta but esi harkaton pr toh kuch toh krna pdega
( No one wants to ignore their crush , but such approaches does make one do this)

We were about to leave, when I saw Mr khadoos aka Armaan leaving the college, me and Mitali also left , I decided to visit the orphanage where my dadi used to come , she was a retired school principal and here she used to teach weekly. After her demise , I come here often and spend some time with the children. Spending time with kids gives happiness and contentment.

I asked Mitali to drop me near the orphanage. When we arrived I saw a car which was similar to Mr Khadoos's car , I decided not to give 2 ducks and move on .

Author's pov

Aayati entered the children's playroom with Sakshi , a volunteer and their mother teacher . The children screamed with joy and ran towards Aayati.

She smiled and they started playing and telling her about their whereabouts. She was listening with all her concentration.

Whenever she feels lonely and misses her dadi , she comes here . She was so engrossed with kids that she became one .

They were playing in the ground. When the one kid , who was playing catch ball with his friends, ran off to the road to fetch the ball which was thrown out of the boundary.

No one noticed the missing presence of the kid until they heard a scream.

Aayati ran towards the main gate and saw a car was over speeding and was about to hit the kid , but luckily the driver pulled the brake in time . He came out of his car with a poker yet angry face , he was screaming and scolding the kid and was about to slap him .

When Aayati came into the scene. She backed off the kid and hugged him , the man became more furious with this action.

" Yo.....Ung LaDy keEP yOuR nosSe OuTT o...... of THIS ."

" You're drunk and at fault , who the hell are you to raise your hand in a child."

" NOW YOU'LL TEACH ME , HUH- "
