Chapter 5~ The couch.

The next morning when Cassie woke up, she'd heard some noises downstairs. She went downstairs while wiping her eye, trying to wake up. She saw a not on the counter, it said, "Went to work, I'll be back at 10 :)" It was only 8 am, Cassie had two hours to do whatever she wanted. She took a shower, made breakfast, and then played with Tofu and Jimmy. Shortly after, Jace got home. "Cas, i'm home!!" He said excitedly. He realized she was asleep on the couch and then went to sit down next to her. He started to play with her hair, but then she woke up. "Hey there pretty." He said.  "hi Jace" she said. Suddenly, he put Cassie next to him. "You're so pretty." He said. Cassie looked at him for a few seconds before laying her head in his lap. "I've been missing you recently, I haven't been seeing you much." Cassie said while looking at Jace with defeat in her face. "Yeah, I've been missing you too, this new job is really kicking my ass. It's crazy how we live with eachother but barely see eachother." Jace added. All of a sudden, Cassie felt a hand pull her towards Jace. "Cas, i'm gonna be real with you right now, i've been falling in love more and more with you ever since you moved in with me." Jace was suddenly cut of by a deep kiss by Cassie. He soon started to kiss back, but more harder.
