Diana POV

My leg was bouncing impossibly fast as I sat in my seat waiting for my ticket to be called, it was an average seat, not many great ones but it's all I wanted right now, just a seat on a plane on my way home, that’s all I wanted, I didn’t want to be around crazy supernaturals while not understanding what was going on with myself.

I had switched off my phone about half an hour ago, the flood of texts I was getting from Lily were too much for me to handle right now.

I could not be having a breakdown in an airport, I already felt stupid enough for the situation I was in, how could anyone believe me that I was running away from crazy wolf people who tried to eat me?

I sounded insane just thinking about it.

I was still absolutely paranoid that they’d come looking for me, I didn’t want to go back, not yet, especially not with how everything was going for me, I needed my medication dat least, I couldn’t go much longer without it, I was feeling stranger every hour.

I must have zoned out because I felt someone's hand on my shoulder which almost made me just out of my skin.

I looked up to see a lady, a flight attendant looking at me, a concerned smile on her face as she crouched by me “are you ok miss? It's time to board and you're the last one here”

I blinked at her a few times before getting up, “uh sorry…I was a little dazed, thank you” I mumbled before getting and following her onto the plane.

It was oddly quiet, I must have been the last person onto the plane because I didn’t see anyone else in the tunnels, I just headed straight for my seat, my hunger was getting unbearable again, so I decided to sleep.

Being unconscious made it easier to control my hunger, just sleeping through those feelings and urges that would get so impossibly strong.

I had a long flight home, so I hoped I could sleep through the majority of it, but something felt so wrong and so different, I still felt uneasy as I drifted off to sleep.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My dream was strange, I could see myself, but I wasn't controlling my body, I was just watching myself from a distance, watching as I walked down this strange grand gallery of art. I couldn't make out any of the paintings, all too blurry to tell, but if I had to guess they were portraits.
It was a strange place, dark woods, marbles, deep crimson reds and white accents, the occasional gold and silver decorations.
It was extremely fancy, like some kind of Victorian or maybe mediaeval manor.
I could hear muffled talking so I followed it, it felt like a strange dream, like I wasn't in my body anymore, everything felt so fuzzy.
So close yet so far away, it was really strange.
I couldn't seem or touch anything, but I could move through the walls like a ghost. I moved through a large set of double doors to see a group of people talking around a table.
I couldn't make out any features.
But I could gather at least 3 men and 2 women, I guessed that by the fact they were in suits and the women were in fancy dresses, all a similar colour palette of black, white, gold and greys.
I had never seen anyone dress like this except in paintings or TV shows set in the Victorian era.
They seemed to be frantically talking to one another, but I couldn't understand what they were so frantic about it and why it was important.
