New friend (or enemie?)

Greece 2008

She has been in Greece for almost 3 months. She wouldn't have thought he would stay there that long. She planned to stay there for a while, but it didn't work out for her. She liked the country, it was different from Finland and Forks. Warmer, other people, lived a carefree life there. She loved it there. She was only in contact with Rose and Jasper. She missed no one like those two. She got along with them the best, and they agreed on several things.

She was happy after many years. She was alone and had time to think things over. She was really sorry for how the family and Edward were now. If they were good and he didn't ignore her, maybe, just maybe, she would like the man, but that's only "if". She met new people, yes you heard that right people. They are not that bad, but just some. Haunting was easy here. 

She was just about to go hunting. She changed her diet to humans. She slipped once and it's been downhill ever since. He does not have the strength to return to animal food. Rose knows this and so does Jasper. No one else because Edward isn't there now, it's easier to hide it from the family. She was grateful that she wasn't being judged for it. They were very helpful over the phone as well as possible. 

She took one last look in the mirror and walked out the door. She bought such a small apartment right in the capital. It was better than some village with few inhabitants and she was proud of herself for thinking well. She could smell more vampires here. They were as discreet as possible. She met several of them. The first were Ambrose and Agnesa.

 Both from Greece. They were soul mates who were fun to be with. She discovered that they were almost a thousand years older than her. They are of the Dolores clan. They only have 5 members, but they are a family. She told her that they also have an adopted child. They have good control over human blood, which Sabrina silently envies. They already left Greece a month ago. They travel a lot and get to know new cities. Another couple, nomads she met when they stole her food, but she left it to them. They were from the German Solomon clan. Their names were Eric and Claudia. 

They met quite often, but they too have already left. They travel to the Volturi clan, they want to join them. Eric has the power to stop time at any time. It's a wonderful gift and Claudia can see the past. She envied them being together, she also wanted someone to spend eternity with.  When she came out of the apartment to the street, it was already full of people. There were plenty of strangers for her to eat. Out of sight of people, of course. She looked around and saw a boy and a girl who were definitely not from around here. She was heading straight for them. She grabbed them and quickly disappeared into a secluded part of the street.

"What?" the girl asked confused. "Don't worry, it will only hurt for a while." Sabrina told her, running towards her. She slammed it against the wall and warmed her neck. The boy watched with horror written all over his face. A second set of hands grabbed the boy and bit into his neck. When she finished the girl went towards the boy but he was already dead on the ground. "You know, mia cara, you should be careful about what's going on around you." said the man with a thick accent. She looked at him and found a man or rather a boy with red eyes and a smirk on his face.

She noticed that he was wearing pants with a black shirt. His blond hair was scattered around his face. "Who are you?" she asked angrily. "Whoa, calm down, mia cara, I'm not an enemy." he answered her, raising his hands in surrender. "My name is Demetri Volturi and you are Sabrina Cullen right?"   "How do you know?" she put her arm around his neck. For him, as if some newborn wanted to hurt him, he hardly felt any pressure on his neck. The advantage is that it is several thousand years older.

 "I know you, you know, the Cullens are very well known around here because of your father, I think his name was Carlisle?" She let him go and looked at him in disbelief, but then something clicked. "The Volturi?" she asked slightly frightened. She heard about them, about the royal family. "Yes, the Volturi." 

"What do you want with me, as far as I know I haven't done anything." she asked him. "Nothing, I'm not here on behalf of the clan, I'm here on vacation you know." he whispered the second part as if it were a secret. "Vacations?" she asked in disbelief. She didn't know that the most dangerous clan also had vacations. "Yes vacation, what is so hard to believe?" he said jokingly. "A little bit." she was laughing. He laughed with her. "Come on." he pointed with his hand. "What?" He looked at her. "What, what, let's get to know each other, you'll see I'm funny." he replied and continued out of the alley. 

She continued behind him. "You know you're not what Carlsile describes you to be" "What like?" he looked at her confused. "That you're one of the worst of your clan, some ruthless tracker who kills for fun or something." she waved her hand over the last part. 

"Oh, at work yes outside of work no." laughed. "You are sweet." "Oh I am?" he asked hurt with a year in his heart. She laughed at the sight. "I like you." He looked at her. She was too pretty, she would suit him. "I'm honored, and so are you."  They walked across town to her apartment. "Come." He went inside. She had a nice time here, so relaxing. You sat down on the couch."So you're from here?" he asked looking at her. She sat down next to him. "No, I'm from Finland." he whistled in response. "You?" "Yes, I lived here 2000 years ago. "Wow, you're old." she laughed. "Why thank you." 

"Everyone is so old at your place." Yes, the oldest are the kings, then the wives, Felix and I are the oldest, and right after us are the twins, Alec and Jane, you must have heard of them." she shivered at the name Alec. "Yes, she heard, you four are quite famous. He looked at her and nodded, "I'm glad." 

"I think the two of us will be good friends." she smiled at him 

"I think the same, cara mia." he smirked at her
