Chris and i talked a lot that night. I was still awake and he was asleep, lying on his side facing me, his arms crossed on his chest, his hair falling over his face. I couldn't help but look at him, he was breathing evenly and gently, somehow he's sweet. I enjoyed his presence, I honestly didn't want him to leave me alone. I just hope I could sleep better now, so I closed my eyes and fell asleep, facing him. I haven't slept as well as I did next to him in a long time.
later that day Matt drove me home. When I got home I finally called Colby back. "Hey, what's up?" he asked "hey, just wanted to call you because you called" I said "yeah you left the party early" he said "I went home with Nick and Chris" I said "you mean with Chris" he said with that teasing undertone "Shut up Colby" I said "you were pretty drunk last night" I said "I know.." he said. "I talked to Sam today about the video shoot. When would you be free this week?" He asked "Every day" I laughed "okay, so you don't mind if we ask the triplets and they pick a day?" he asked "no" I said and put my clothes in the closet. "Okay, but is there anything you wanna tell me?" He asked. My eyes widened, I briefly held my clothes in my hand in shock. "No, nothing, what do you mean?" He asked "I don't know, you know you can talk to me, even when it's about boys" he said "I know, but there's nothing to tell" I said "okay, I guess I have to believe you" he said "You're an idiot Colby, but I love you, so.." I said "I love you too, I'll let you know about the shoot" he said "okay, bye" I said "bye" he said and hung up. Now I have to call Scarlett, she didn't keep me waiting long "hey Chloe" she said happily "hey Scar" I smiled "how was the party?" She asked "just like we imagined" I said laughing "I wish I had been there" she said "yes, it's so boring without you" I said laughing "do you know when you're coming to visit your father?" She asked "yeah, this week I'm filming two videos and after the video with Jake and Johnnie I'm coming" I said "before I forget, the triplets asked if we wanted to meet up with them because they're in at the same time Boston" I said "yeah sure" she said "hey Chloe, I have to hang up, my mom is calling" she said "okay scar, bye, love you" I said and sat on the edge of my bed "bye Chloe, I love you " she said and hung up. I got a message from Colby "hey I'm on the phone with the boys, you free on Tuesday?" he asked and I replied "sure"
Minutes after Colby's message, Chris texted me "see you on Tuesday ;) " I smiled at his message "can't wait handsome" I replied and put my phone away. The moment I sent the message I regretted it again, why am I flirting with him so obviously, embarrassing..

The days until Tuesday passed slowly. Since Scarlett left everything has been so boring. I just sit in front of the TV all day, watch a series, shop online or go jogging, but the days just don't go by. I'm on my way to Texas right now, the triplets and Sam and Colby are already there and waiting. I was pretty nervous because it's the first time Chris and I will see each other again after the party and after the night at their house. Sam called me "hey we're waiting for you at the Driskill Hotel, are you on your way?" "I love it!" She wrote "thanks, but I'm not sure about it. But it's too late anyway, I'm almost at the Driskill Hotel" I replied "have fun ml" she texted and I just sent "❤️❤️". I kept running and the closer I got, the more nervous I became. What's wrong with me, I've never been like that before, only since I met Chris. Is it because of him? Is he making me that nervous?
The five of them were already waiting for me in the lobby of the Driskill Hotel. I had a smile on my face, Colby came straight up to me and hugged me, so did the others, Sam, Matt, Chris and Nick. We all chatted and a short while later "let's get started then" said Colby, who did their thing and then he said "guys we have some very special guests today. You have literally been asking us every single month to collab with these people, the sturniolo triplets and Chloe"said Colby "are you excited?"he asked "i'm so exited" said the three and I "i Hope to find triplet ghost's" Chris said, everyone laughed softly "triplet ghost is crazy" I said "are you guys scared at all or nervous or just excited?" Colby asked "i'm scared" Chris said, brushing the corners of his mouth with his fingers, which made me smile "let's not front bro i'm terrified" Nick said and everyone laughed "i don't even go on roller coasters i don't do anything scary" Chris said, that made me smile again, he looked at me and we briefly made eye contact and he smiled. "On a scale from 1 to 10" asked Colby "i'm at like 9 and a half honestly" Chris said, I was still impressed with him and looked at him "at a 10 but also I have no reason to be at a 10 like nothing's happened to me like be at a 10" said Nick "i'd say 8" matt said "what about you?" Sam said, I came back from my thoughts, averted my gaze "uhm, I, uhm I would say, maybe like between 8 and 9, 8 and a half" I said
