To say the plane ride to Australia was horrible, would be an understatement.

I continuously sent glares towards the coach, and the new member.

Was I being replaced? I thought I was going great on this team - but nope, apparently not.

"You look stressed." Ashton noted, smiling at me, "You dont need to be."

"I'm being replaced, Ashton." I spat sourly, crossing my arms in disgust, "With... with quiff boy."

"First of all," Ashton cleared his throat, "He's in second string, which means you are still ahead of him."

"I gotta get him off the team, he's gonna ruin me." I mumbled, glaring at the dark haired boy, watching as he chatted to the other teammembers like they were all best friends.

They were all going to be sucked in by his good looking charm, I know it.

"You have a jealously issue." Ashton snorted, "He's part of the team now, dont make him feel unwelcome."

"Coach, I dont like the idea of him just randomly joining the team, almost half way through our tour and he hasnt contri-"

"Justin," Hugh interrupted me as we walked across the hall of our hotel in South Australia, Adelaide.

It's been only four hours since we've landed, and in four days we play our match here, before we head to Melbourne, then Perth, and then Sydney.

I was finally alone with the coach, since everyone was trying to grab room keys to share with whomever they want.

I didn't care who I was sharing a room with, I needed to get the coach to kick the new kid off.

"I know you think that we're replacing you, but we're not..." Hugh said, patting my back as he found his room, "Now go downstairs and get a key before you're stuck with someone who snores."

I rolled my eyes, "He's gonna take my plays... I'm gonna get less time on the feild."

"You're a great player, Justin." Hugh chuckled, "Play nice with the new guy... Zayn is a good young man."

I groaned and stormed off, "You're impossible!"

"See ya tomorrow!" Hugh laughed.

I couldnt believe this. How can they ignore the fact I'm being replaced?

Once down in the lobby, I grabbed the last key remaining on the teams list, groaning in annoyance.

I think everyone was currently in their rooms, since it was night here and they were all tired.

I grabbed my luggage from the front desk while I was there, before going up the elevator to the floor my room was supposedly on.

Hopefully I'm sharing with Luke or Liam - out of everyone, those two seemed to be always up to give me a hand when I needed one. If you know what I mean? -insert smug looking emoji-

It didnt take long to get to my room, unlocking it and then dumping my bags beside the door.

I looked around, "Who's my lucky roommate?" I called with a sly grin, walking over to the beds and falling back on the one that seemed to be free.

"I dont feel very lucky." A voice spoke in reply before the one person I most definitely didnt want to share a room with, walked out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel.

Fuck, Zayn looked sexy when he was wet.... But I barely know him and I don't like him.

I cringed, "Oh great."

"Are we going to have a problem?" Zayn narrowed his eyes, "As far as I'm concerned, I'm a new player, not your arch enemy."

I eyed him, sitting up, "I didnt say anything."

"Not to my face." Zayn snorted, "Now if you don't mind, if you have a problem with a little competition, and your oh-so important rep, talk to me about it. I came here to play Football, not act out the next scene of Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

I felt like he'd shoved a giant piece of something down my throat, because I had no idea what to reply to that with.
I'm underestimating the new player.
