Chapter 10: Unexcepected Arrival Pt.2

I could NOT believe Ray was my house...I mean like literally inside. I gave him a hug and he spun me around some lifting me off the ground. When we stopped hugging, were face to face smiling. I started getting nervous because usually in any relationship this would be a kissing moment and I've never had my first.I decided to kiss him anyway just to see how it felt. Oooh it felt like I was in a fairy tale for only a couple second but then we pulled away from each other. "Your a good kisser." Ray said smiling at me. I couldn't help but smile back, guess I got one thing down on the life to-do list. "So what are you doing here?" I said as I sat down in the lounge chair. "Well I thought I'd come see you." "Oh, I'm happy you came." "I am too." It got quiet for a little bit then I saw a little girl open one of the doors that goes back inside the house. Must be Renee. "Oh sorry. Ray, can I have some money.?" "For what?" "Mrs.Henderson is taking me to the store....if you don't mind." Ray dug into his pocket and pulled out a $5 dollar bill. Renee smiled sweetly then said "Thank you big brother.....nice meeting and seeing you Aaliyah." "Same here." I said smiling. She then took the $5 dollar bill and left with my mom. That was sweet of my mom to take Renee to the story with her I mean she had to go anyways and so me and Ray could probably talk more. We started talking about school, our friends, and everything thats been going on. Ray was soo funny and surprisingly really smart. I learned some stuff about him that he said he's never told anyone else. Including about his childhood and his parents. "You wanna go somewhere?"he asked me once our conversation died down. "Where?" "Theres this new grafitti museum opening up today and I wanna take you." I'd heard about it, rumors said it was really good and you could even put your own artwork there so I agreed. I was already dressed so I just got my black fringe purse from the stair banaster and we headed out.

||Ray P.O.V||

I drove to the museum once Aaliyah was ready. Once we got there it was crowded as hell ! Lucky there was someone coming out who parked in the front, we got out. I held her hand so I wouldn't loose her in the crowd. She looked over at me and smiled, I smiled back as we walked inside. This place was awesome. There was artwork everywhere and I just loved it! I was like walking through a time capsel of grafitti art. "I like this one."Aaliyah said pointing to one that was a woman who had black curly hair,rainbow skin, and had words written all in her hair. I actually liked it myself, wasn't so bad for the art of a woman.

Later on was fun! We went to one of those stands on the street and got some cotton candy. We had a play fight with it as we sat on a park bench. Eventually, I won but it was still fun. I'm actually really glad I went over to Aaliyah's house today, if I hadn't I woulda been at home doing nothing and it worked out for my sister too becuase when we met then back at the house she said she had already eaten and had a good time. "Maybe we could do this again sometime." I said to Aaliyah. "That sounds good." She said with a smile.
