She was running through the woods. It seemed as if she was trying to escape someone. Her wild hair were flying all over her body gently touching each and every tree, each and every plant in the jungle.

And suddenly she paused to reveal a mischievous smirk. It was as if it was all part of her grand scheme. I carefully looked at her body. The white clothes she had adorned left very little to imagination carefully highlighting each of her body curves. All I could do was refrain myself from the sudden tightness my arousal was feeling. I raised my sword and in a swift motion kept it around my neck knowing it was her weakness. It was my strategic move that would leave her vulnerable.

" Give me that letter and that box and I'll not harm myself.", I warned her with my intense gaze.

" Do as you please. I won't let this message reach the wrong hands. This is supposedly a secret supposed to return back to the Kuru Kingdom."

" Are you sure you won't mind me slicing my neck?", I pierced the skin around my neck with the sword and I could see her the tears pooling around her lashes.

" Why do you always want to make things difficult for me Samrat? Don't you understand, some things are meant to be a secret? I can't reveal this secret to anybody. Not even you.", her tone was enough to scare anybody but I wasn't going to back off this time.

" Don't you trust me, Devi? You are the Chakravarthini of Aryavarta. Your loyalty should be towards Aryavarta, and not the Kuru Kingdom", I lowered the sword moving a step forward towards her.

" Yes, my loyalty lies towards Aryavarta. This message is not of any harm to the Aryavarta. And about being the Chakravarthini, before that, I am the princess of Kuru Kingdom, Princess Karali", she kept her head high hiding the letter and that little wooden box in her dupatta.

" Please, let me see it once. I promise to keep my mouth shut, Devi. I just need to know what is so confidential that my Chakravarthini preferred to run away from the Royal Kingdom into the woods just to keep it a secret from her husband."

" I can't, Atharva. Please understand my situation. I've pledged to keep this a royal secret till the end of my life. If you wish to see what's inside, you shall take my life before doing so.", she lifted her gaze meeting mine.

" You know it's impossible.", and before I could say any further, she started running again towards the east, so I picked up my sword from the ground to follow her but before I could catch her, I saw an arrow taking away a small potli which was made of her dupatta. I started towards the direction of the arrow, but I was pulled back by a tight force.

It was her. My Chakravarthini. My Devi. Karali. She placed her head on my chest trying to stop me from reaching the arrow.

" Please, forget about it Samrat. I swear it's nothing about Aryavarta. It has nothing to do with Aryavarta. If anything happens, I'll be the one taking the responsibility of the situation.", I was hesitant to let go of the matter but I had no choice.

" Hiding a letter from the King, defying his orders is considered a royal sin, Chakravarthini Devi. You'll have to face the consequences of your actions in the royal court.", I heard my minister say this in his always so serious tone.

" Talking to your queen, the Chakravarthini of Aryavarta in this tone is also almost equal to a royal sin, Minister. I guess we'll be facing the consequences of our actions in the same royal court.", she lifted her gaze with her dark aura. The aura of my Chakravarthini. The aura that was alone to scare anybody enough.

" How dare you speak to me like this women? You became Chakravarthini only after you married our Samrat. I have been the royal minister for forty five years. I have seen a lot of girls like you. You have been disloyal to the kingdom and hence I would drag you.....", and the Minister couldn't complete his sentence because I interrupted him.

" Dare to finish your sentence, Mahamantri. Aap hamari biwi, hamari Devi se baat kar rahe hai. Is pure Aryavarta ki Chakravarthini se. Apni awaaz, apna lehja aur apne shabd soch samajh ke kahiyega", I fisted my hands trying to control the rage building inside me. He was my father's age and loyal to Aryavarta. Else I would have buried him under the ground without caring about any consequence.

( You are talking to my wife, my Devi. She is the Chakravarthini of the Aryavarta. Be careful about your voice, your tone and your words)

" Samrat, you're talking to me like this just because of this women. This is why I'm scared of her. She'll change Aryavarta. And she is changing our Aryavarta. I'm sorry for my tone Samrat. I did not intend to hurt you or her. I have always wanted the betterment of our kingdom, our Aryavarta and I cannot see a Samrat changing himself just for a queen.", he apologized but it was of no use. I was innocent mood to understand anybody right now.

" Mahamantri Ji, aap mujhse badhe hai. Samrat ke pita samaan hai. Main aapki bohot izzat karti hu. Main bas aapse itna kahungi ki Aryavarta mere liye mera pura jeevan hai. Aryavarta ke sath dhokha karne ke baare me main kabhi sapne me bhi nahi soch paungi. Aur rahi baat iss chiththi ki, ye mere Kuru Rasthra ke logo ke liye hai. Aryavarta se iska koi lena dena nahi.", she spoke out her thoughts like a queen in front of the minister. And I was so proud of her. She definitely deserves some reward tonight🌚💦

( Mahamantri Ji, you're elder to me. Just like father of my Samrat. I respect you a lot. I just want to let you know that Aryavarta is my life. I can't even think about betraying Aryavarta and it's people in the worst of my dreams. And about this letter, this is for the people of my Kuru Kingdom. It had nothing to do with Aryavarta.)

" You don't need to tell me or explain me anything Devi. What's done is done. My soldiers are already here to arrest you for treason.", before I could raise my sword, Vanaraja jumped out of the bushes and pushed back the soldiers. It's not a joke when people call him the fiercest of all lions. He protected my Chakravarthini. And the soldiers backed off. The mahamantri was so scared that he fell on his knees begging for his life to Vanaraja who was walking around Chakravarthini like a proud son of the queen.
