May 10th 1792
Mary Lambert is a 15-year-old girl with Blonde hair and blue. Josephine, her little sister, has brown hair and dark brown eyes. Mary looked like her father, and Josephine looked like her mother.
Mary was awoken hearing her mother telling her to wake up and they have an important party to go to, and she needed to get her sister up. "Yes mother" Mary scoffed, hearing her father had his family over and they were happy for him getting such a great job. It was a job in a village east of them called Willow's Creek. She sighed, gently waking her sister, seeing she squirmed around in her crib, clinging to her doll and screamed in anger.
"I'm sorry Josie, momma says there is an important party coming up, it's because dad got promoted at a job." Mary said, hearing her sister groan with annoyance. "Thirsty" Josephine mumbled as she got picked up by her sister, getting changed into a pastel yellow tea gown with white mini boots. Her sister wore the same thing as her. "Sissy hug!" Josephine giggled as she hugged her sister and her doll. Mary styled her sister's hair and hers.
"Can you style dolly's hair" Josephine asked, shoving her doll named Alois in Mary's face. Her sister nodded, gently styling the hair, and asked Mary what clothes she wanted the doll to wear, "The same color" Mary stuttered, as her sister nodded, dressing the doll in a pastel yellow suit with brown boots.
Mary heard her father call her to come out of her room to meet her cousins and grandparents. She saw her sister shaking her head no, scared to meet new people. "Just stay with me sis, it'll be fine" Mary whispered, as she brought her sister out, hearing the family members were excited to see them, making different baby sounds towards Josephine. "Awww she's so adorable! What's her name!" Isabella, her aunt, cooed, trying to grab Josephine, but Josephine cried, she was getting overwhelmed with all these people in her face. She saw her 3 cousin's managed to grab Josephine like she was a rag doll and were all trying to talk to her. "Can you please leave Josephine alone, she just woke up, let her get something to eat and drink first please" Mary said, shoving them away from Josephine, seeing they had stolen her doll. "Dolly!" Josephine sobbed, as Charlotte laughed at her, holding it up high where Josephine couldn't reach "Come on children, get in the carriage!" Juliette and Isabella snapped, as the 3 cousins: Charlotte, Florence, and Louise, all ran giggling, getting in the carriage, giving up Josephine's doll by throwing it at her.
-1 hour later-
Josephine was amazed with how beautiful the village was, she showed her doll the beautiful village through the window. "Alois says it's a beautiful town sissy," Josephine said, as she made her doll nod its head. They arrived at an Inn called Alois's Inn. "We are going to stay here for a couple days while I mail my friend some letters. Okay Marianne, you better behave" George said, completely ignoring Josephine, he hoped she would get lost in this village. George had a feeling Josephine wasn't his kid, but he couldn't prove it.
George led his family to the Inn, he was greeted by a worker and asked how many people were with them. "9" George replied, seeing they nod, and showed him his seat in the Inn's Dining room. "Thank you sir" Henri said, smiling, George walked up to the bar, asked for the best drink and a room for 3 nights . He saw that the eyes of this man were golden yellow for a minute, then they turned brown when he blinked. "Welcome to Alois's Inn, my name is Alois, what can I get you?" Alois asked, eyeing him. "I want 2 of your best drinks here, and I want to order the steak platter for me and my family, and a vegetable soup for my daughter." George replied, "And what would your family like to drink?" Alois asked, "Just water." George replied, seeing he nodded. Alois got the best drink from below, having to unlock the cabinet, pouring it in a glass; the best drink was their Exotic beer; it came from the planet where Everly lived. Which was 23 gold coins or 23 sous. He took the glass and waited at the table with his family, giving the second one to Henri.
After an hour the food came, same with the water, it took 3 waiters to get all of the food and drinks. Alois sighed, "Isn't that your kid Abe?" Alois said in Abraham's head as Abraham nodded "Yeah...." Abraham thought, annoyed, seeing Alois nod, then he helped other customers at the bar.
Alois saw Josephine was left alone to wander while her dad was getting drunk and Juliette was too busy talking about Josephine and how cute of a toddler she is, so he used his telepathic powers to tell Marianne her sister was wandering around. He saw she looked around confused, but quickly grabbed her sister. "Jeesh, they are so reckless" Alois pondered, seeing George come back to the bar, "That was the best drink ever sir!" George said, smiling, as Alois nodded, keeping quiet as he was cleaning the countertop. "So, what was with your eye color earlier?" George asked, knocking off Alois's hat after he didn't get a response, quickly getting grabbed tightly by the wrist "You should never touch Alois' hat, if you do that again, you'll have serious consequences" A worker snapped, his name was Pierre. "He wasn't answering me" George said, laughing as Abraham told him to go to his room with his family, the room was made. "Fine, Fine I'm going" George scoffed, getting up, signaling his family to come upstairs. As Geroge was laying in his bed, wondering about the party, and why the man had yellow eyes, he heard Josephine open the door, leaving the room. He weakly smiled, hoping she gets kidnapped or killed.
Josephine wandered the hall to the Inn, she couldn't sleep. When she made it to the dining room downstairs, she saw a tall burnt man playing Billiards with a man with long black tangled hair wearing an apple green suit. "A-Alois I see a kid. Turn to your human form" Abraham stuttered out as the burnt man snapped "Abe! I can't! I would be naked, I haven't gained the ability to make clothes stay on when I turn to fire form! Do you want me to traumatize a child?!?" Alois snapped as Josephine giggled seeing this tall monster was scared of her: a toddler.
"Papa?" Josephine muttered, tugging on Abraham's long coat, hearing he stuttered, then sighed. "Do we tell her father?" Abraham asked as Alois shook his head no, "Let that drunk fuck figure it out himself" he snapped, as he won the billards game. "Dammit, here's your 20 coins" Abraham chuckled, handing the coins to Alois. "Shiny" Josephine muttered, trying to grab the coin "No no, this is a choking hazard Josie" Abraham said, holding it away from her, but she cried. Abraham slowly picked Josephine up, sitting her on a chair. "Uh stay here kid" Abraham stuttered, sighing. Josephine watched them play the Billiards game for 3 more rounds before her mother came down there with her aunt. Juliette let out a terrified shriek of pure fear seeing the demon, then her sister-in-law screamed too.
The demon gasped, as Juliette screamed "My baby!" running over and pulling Josephine away, smacking Abraham. "George!!" Isabella shrieked as Abraham yelled at them to shut up. They ran off with Josephine. The demon quickly teleported off, going into the back room to change into his human form. He put on a brown 1700's suit and changed his eye color to brown. He teleported back to the dining room, grabbing the cue stick as George came down, asking them why his wife was shrieking over Abraham trying to kidnap his child and what she meant by a tall burnt man. "I think she's still drunk monsieur, Josephine only climbed up in this chair here, amd she must've mistaken my shadow for the tall burnt man" Alois lied, "Aye monsieur, your drunk wife slapped me just because I was helping out your poor toddler who was wandering around, lost, I was just trying to help" Abraham said, as George sighed "I'll go talk to them."
George walked off, and later they heard arguing coming from upstairs. Abraham sighed and talked to Alois about how things have been.
-3 hours later-
George slowly crept down the stairs, he was curious what his wife meant by a tall burnt man. It piqued his interest. When he walked into the dining room, it was empty. He scoffed annoyed, going back to his room.
-3 nights later, early morning-
He woke up early, waking his family members up, telling them they had to go. Marianne had to carry her still asleep sister since she wouldn't wake up. They got in their horse drawn carriage and the driver took them to Mr. Fournier's mansion. Arthur Fournier, Abraham's father, greeted them at the doors, telling them to come in. Josephine had finally woken up, she was confused but her sister calmed her down.
They greeted the Fournier family; Arther, the father; Caroline; the mother; Solomon; the eldest son; Andre; the second born; Abraham; the 3rd born; Julia, the 4th born. All the children were born as twins. "Nice to meet you!" Marianne said to them sighing. "And this is our famous butler, Edmond, he helps the family a lot! So he should be a great help to you!" Caroline said, smiling. "I only listen to Abraham. He needs the most help" Edmond scoffed, as Arthur snapped "Ed, you will listen to what I tell you, or I will kick you out, along with your sister"
Marianne saw Edmond roll his eyes and grabbed their bags, showing them their room, it was beautiful. Isabella and her family slept in another room. They set up a bed for Josephine.
They put their clothes in the drawers, and left to head to the small ballroom, they saw Alois was dancing with a ginger girl wearing a pale lavender ball gown. "Greetings!" Arthur said, smiling "Oh you're that freak I saw 3 days ago" George said, glaring at Alois when he was trying to talk to Marianne. "Nothing is wrong with him father, he was just asking if we want anything to eat" Marianne said, as her father ignored her and shoved Alois away "Sir please don't call Alois that, there is nothing wrong with him!" Caroline said, as Alois nodded, hugging his wife. "I'm surprised someone married Alois" George pondered, as he chatted to Arthur about the construction of this mansion. "Hey brother I noticed they have a church here, can we go see it?" Isabella asked smiling at George. "They have a basement here too! Can we see it! I've never been in a basement!" Florence giggled as her father told her no.

While Marianne was sitting in a chair, hearing her father just keep talking, it felt like he could talk forever, Alois walked over to her holding a bowl.
"Would you like to know the taste of chocolate?" Alois asked Marianne, offering the bowl to her, "S-Sure" She stuttered, as he gave her a piece of sourdough, she was confused, "You dip the bread in the chocolate sauce like this" He said, showing her, which she ate it, tasting how delicious the chocolate is.
