I sighed putting my laptop down on the couch and stood up after hearing a knock at the door and went to answer it.
"Yunho?" I asked raising an eyebrow at him as he smiled widely at me and handed me flowers.
"Hey beautiful, you ready?"
"For what?"
"Our first date. I made us a reservation at the restaurant you like and-"
"Yuyu, what're you doing?"
"I told you, I'm taking you out on our first date-"
"I know that, but why'd you knock? You live here," I said looking at him and he sighed before pulling me closer to him by my waist.
"Because I told you that I'm going do this right. Mingi, I really love you, and I want to prove it to you," He said making me smile widely and I nodded before kissing him softly and felt him smile against my lips.
"Okay, let me go change real quick," I said smiling at him and he nodded before kissing my cheek and I went to my room.
Yunho's POV.
I chuckled watching him run to his room and went to the kitchen to put his flowers in a vase.
I really do want to do this right. He's the first guy I've ever liked and he's my best friend. Everything has to go perfect, because he is perfect and deserves everything...

"Yunho, this is all very sweet. You really didn't have to bring me here, this place is expensive," He said making me chuckle and I shook my head.
"Princess, don't worry about it. I got my paycheck yesterday and I wanted to treat you. So, let me do just that, and enjoy your steak," I said, making him smile and nod, "Mingi, I want this to be the best date that you've ever been on."
"Well, considering that this is the only date I've ever been on, I'd say that it's a success," He said making me chuckle.
"Honestly, I think that it's crazy how you've never dated anyone."
"Really?" He asked looking at me as he picked up his glass of wine and I nodded smiling.
"Yeah, I mean look at you. You're insanely attractive. You're funny and adorable. Who wouldn't want to go out with you?"
"Well, I've had people ask me out, but I always said no."
"Why?"
"Because...I only wanted to be with you," He said making me sigh with a smile.
"Mingi, were you really going to be single forever if we never got together?"
"Yes."
"Min, that's not fair to you-"
"I don't care. I wasn't about to waste anyone's time, being with them while I only thought about you. That's not fair to them."
"Mingi."
"What?"
"I love you," I said, making him look away from me and I smiled widely.
"I..Love you too," He said before quickly drinking his wine and our food came.
Mingi's POV.
My God, being on a date with Yunho, kinda felt suffocating. He kept staring at me, not saying anything, just had a smirk on his face. The sudden I love yous. His thumb rubbing circles on the back of my hand. The compliments. It all feels like too much in such a short amount of time...
I quickly excused myself to the bathroom and sighed as soon as I got into a stall. I couldn't finally breathe again.
Listen, I love Yunho and I'm happy that we're finally together, but I'm not used to all this from him. Things were easier when we were just friends. Maybe we got into a relationship too quick. I don't know if I'm ready for all of this...
The rest of the date felt like it went on forever and it was uncomfortable, for me at least, and the car ride wasn't any better.
"You were pretty quiet during our date. Is everything-"
"We need to break up," I blurted out, interrupting him.
"What? But we just started dating," He said looking at me for a second before looking back at the road.
"Yeah and it was...An adventure, but the adventure stops here. Yunho, I love you, but...You're too much," I said looking at him and he nodded slowly.
The rest of the car ride was quiet and I immediately felt bad.
When we got home, he went to his room without even saying goodnight and I don't blame him. I was a total jerk. But I felt overwhelmed and I didn't know what else to do.
I sighed going to his bedroom door and knocked before he said that I could come in.
"Lizzy, I'll call you back in a minute," He said looking at me and hung up his phone and I raised an eyebrow.
"Lizzy?" I asked crossing my arms.
"Yeah, she called me just a few seconds ago and-"
"I don't want to know. I don't care," I said starting to walk out of his room and heard him stand up before grabbing my arm, making me look at him.
"Mingi, you honestly can't be mad at me for this. It's not like I called her. And if anyone deserves to be mad right now, it's me. You broke up with me and said that I was too much. Sorry for wanting to treat you right. I honestly just wish you would have just told me that it was too much instead of breaking up with me like that. I would have backed off and gave you space. But, like I said, I just wanted to treat you. Plus, it was my first date with a guy, I don't know how they work and I was so nervous that I did a shit ton of research last night and even read and watched some BL's, because I wanted it to be perfect."
"You really did all that?"
"Yes. God, I almost threw up at work just thinking about it," He said making me look at the floor.
"What about Lizzy?"
"She keeps calling me, wanting to get back together."
"And what do you want?"
I felt him put his hand on the side of my face, making me look at him and he smiled softly.
"Mingi, I only want you. And I promise that our next date, won't be as fancy. We can do whatever you want, that is if you'll go out with me again," He said smiling a bit more and I sighed.
"Yunho..."
