The staff of UA, as well as Tsukauchi, were floored by the video of the USJ. They watched as Izuku Midoriya tore through the place, defeating every villain in his path. Then, reviving Aizawa before challenging the bioengineered monstrosities more powerful than Yagi. As well as slicing off the hand covered villain's own hands.

The boy in question smiled softly as they eyed him. They were unable to gauge just how he became so powerful in less than a day. "Midoriya. Can you explain not only how you got so many quirks but how you knew so much about the villains and All For One?" Naomasa Tsukauchi asked as he saw All Might fidgeting in place. Fairly sure he knows what his friend is thinking. The boy smiled softly as he nodded. "I did not receive these powers from All For One if that is your concern. I received them from myself." His words caught everyone's attention. It made no sense, but before they could ask, the boy chuckled nervously.

"Well, technically, I received them from myself from a different universe. To be exact. They are the powers of Izuku Strife in a world far different from our own. One where All Might was not a hero but a villain in disguise who died in the USJ battle." Nezu made a small grin as he listened to the boy's words. To the shock of everyone but Nezu and Izuku  Tsukauchi verified it as truth. Causing havoc to ensue with all the staff talking at once. "Hold up, everyone. Please allow Midoriya-kun to explain before we decide what to do." Said Nezu as the staff quieted down.

One explanation later with Tsukauchi stating everything Izuku told them as truth. The staff were flabbergasted by the knowledge he held. Aizawa, though, did not believe that Izuku had the vestige of this Izuku Strife. But he did, however, believe the boy held back during the QAT. With a smirk, he looked to the boy to test him. "Prove to us that this is not just some delusion, Problem Child." He demanded only for Nezu to speak. "Fine. I will hold a piece of paper behind my back. All I ask of you, Midoriya-kun, is that you tell me what I have written on it. If you can, then we have no choice but to believe you even though Tsukauchi already verified it as truth. As you use your quirk on Midoriya-kun. Will that satisfy you?"

Aizawa thought on the principal's words before grunting and nodding. Nezu quickly jotted down something. He held it behind his back as Aiazwa used his quirk. Izuku swallowed hard, hearing Strife say what it says. "Shota Aizawa, I have had enough of your biases. Since you still refuse to listen due to the boy's supposed flashy quirk and your illogical 'logical' personality. As such, you are suspended with six months mandatory therapy sessions that you need. If by the end of the six months you have not improved, I will fire you and show the therapy results to the Hero Comission. Nemuri, you are now the teacher of 1A until either the end of the year or if Shota has completed his therapy successfully." The staff froze before Nezu passed the letter around, proving what Izuku said is true.

Aizawa trembled in fear and couldn't understand why Nezu was so angry with him to the point he was no longer the 1A homeroom teacher. Glaring at Izuku, who sighed and shrugged his shoulders, Aizawa growled as his fists clenched. Nemuri and Hizashi were the most surprised by Nezu's command, but when they looked to the chimera, it was clear he wasn't happy with Aizawa's ignorance and hate of Izuku simply for having a similar quirk with Toshinori. Especially given how vocal Aizawa had been when he voiced his view of Izuku's placement here as favoritism.

"If you do not handle the issues of your past Aizawa and move on, then I'll recommend the HPSC take away your hero license. We, as heroes, can not afford to be biased. Especially when it comes to you actively destroying the dreams of kids with potential simply because you don't like to put in the work to actually teach them how to be a hero. Most importantly, if it is out of laziness, your biased opinions, and/or mental trauma. With news of the Merchant of Quirks finally revealing himself in an effort to regain his throne, we need all the heroes we can get. With Izuku Midoriya having these new powers, we have little choice but to believe him and train our students harder than ever. Otherwise, the war he spoke of could decimate our society with untold consequences. Am I understood, Shota Aizawa?" Nezu spoke bereft of his normal bright cheery tone, which frightened all the staff. The last time they heard him speak that way was after the death of Oboro Shirakumo.
