Part 4

Anna stands in the Alpha's office among everyone of high ranking within the pack, "For the royal family to send out a statement this is about to get intense and quickly, from my knowledge they wanted to keep this on the low but I guess that plan went out the door when there is only 2 packs left to attack....us and The kings" Alpha says looking at the map in his desk of the territories.

"There next more will most defiantly be us" James says standing next to his father, "what do we do wait like sitting docks?" the head of the omega's asked worriedly.

"no of course not, we are going to prepare and be ready for the attack that will most likely happen tomorrow" he replies.

"Where are the rebels now?" Anna asked stepping forward from the back of the room, everyone slightly turns there head to her but anxiously awaiting on a response from the Alpha, "we have word for the patrol that they are hiding west of our boarders" "I say we attack right now, strike first and hard." she said looking the Alpha straight in his eyes knowing he would not like the idea. The blue moon is known for being unproblematic pack and very friendly but as Anna saw the damaged done to the pack before them she was not in the mood to play nice.

The Alpha frowned showing understandable signs of disapproval, "We do not attack first, that is one of our main principals of this pack Anna and you know that" he says disappointedly. "yes, I know, but we have a clear opportunity here and I would take it if I were you. There are innocent people in this pack, there are kids. We do not have the leverage of just waiting and hoping for the best" Anna says starting to rase her voice.

"Don't you dear undermine my authority Anna know your place; we are not attacking" he says once again before Anna could hear her own thoughts the whispers around the room began to grow some agreeing with her but others calling her stupid.

Before she could reply, she heard a stern voice coming from the other half of the room, "I would listen to her Alpha, these rebels have shown to cause considerable damage and kill without reason. The best thing to do is catch them off graud" Quin says making his way to the table and just as he steps forward Anna's eyes are looking at his showing a sign of confusion.

"Everyone leave" Alpha coldly commands, Anna turns to leave but hears through her mind link "not you Anna stay" the Alpha's voice said.

As the last person leaves, Alpha speaks up "what do you see Anna?' he asks cautiously, Anna looks around the room, her eyes meeting James, Luna and lastly Quin but her eyes seem to linger longer than she had thought but was brought back to reality when the Alpha clears his throat.

"I did not see anything but to me, catching them off guard is the best idea" She says confidently, "you of everyone knows that we do not operate on violence but truth and peace" the Luna says taking her spot next to her husband.

"I understand that but now is not the time for peace, I promise you if the Rebels make their way onto your land you are going to see casualties. It will cause sadness and angry through the pack" Quin says looking the Alpha straight in the eyes.

Anna could not help but observe his features, there are light freckles spread across his nose that she is now seeing for the first time.

"I understand that but-" the Alpha start but before he could finish, Anna loudly gasps her once deep brown eyes now silver as she stumbles back James move to hold her but Quin reaches first holding unto her of intervening their finger while wrapping his free hand around her waiste ensuring that she is stable, James watching as Quin looks down at Anna with concern. Feeling jealous James steps forward with the intention of snatching her from him but his father gives him a disapproval looks making him to step back.

"what is happening to her" Quin asks concerningly not taking his eyes off her silver ones, "have you ever heard to the blessed ones?" James says, looking at Anna with worry. "what?" Quin responses confused, making James sigh and shake his head.

"It was rumored that years before you and I were born the period of the moon goddess living among her creations, she would bless specific kids with gifts and abilities that would help mankind......Anna's mother while pregnant with her had a dream of the moon goddess coming to her and placing a kiss on her stomach symbolizing the giving of a gift, the sight of seeing" James said taking a seat in the office, he knows that her gift can take seconds or minutes.

No one says anything they just wait, the Alpha prayed to the moon goddess it was about the upcoming fight, while Quin stares into Anna's eyes watching as the sliver fog slowly lift revealing her deep brown eyes. In seconds instead of the silver fog her brown eyes are now full and staring start into Quins blue eyes, as her sense are brought back to reality she feels the sparks of their skin connecting from their intertwined finger making her wonder what is this feeling wanting to ask but decided not to when the luna speaks up, "are you okay dear? Do you need water?" She asks worriedly.

Anna steps out of Quins arms, losing the safe and protected feeling she felt, "luna thank you but no...I am fine...What will not be fine is this pack is we wait until they attack first, I saw it...I felt it" As Anna's words become a whisper her eyes fill with tears.

"what did you see?" Quin ask even more worried with Anna's now state, she looks Quin dead in the eyes her eyes filled with sadness and sorrow "I saw kids, woman, men and.......Luna's body's spread across the packs land thrown apart as they durn our buildings to the ground" as the words left her lips the Luna places a hand over her moth out of shock and fear Alpha quicks hugs her almost as shielding her body from Anna's words.
