"How do I look?" Xaira turns to look at Niko with the brightest smile he hasn't seen on her face in the last six months. Eyes taking in her now blonde curls and his favorite red dress with a slit that came all the way up to her mid thigh. "Beautiful like always." A smile tugs on his lips at the sight of her. He loved her with every fiber in his being to the point he felt like he couldn't contain himself leaving him to just stare and admire her as if she were an art piece pinned on the wall of one of the best art galleries for all to see.
"And you look fine as hell like always." She steps to him and pecks his lips before she too takes a step back to look at his outfit. Brat Simpson tank, exposing his ink covered arms just how she liked, paired with his favorite pair of gray side ripped jeans. "You think so?" He runs his hand down his shirt then looks down at his jeans before his eyes return to hers.
"Of course, I'd never lie to you." He nods and pulls her close, looking at their reflection in the mirror as he places his chin on her shoulder. "Loving you was my greatest honor Xaira Reeves, thank you."
"It was an honor to be loved by you Niko Caddix, I'll thank you until my dying breath." The young couple stand in silence, staring at themselves in the mirror until Xaira reaches for his electric razor. Due to sleep taking over them both, Niko didn't have time to get rid of the overgrown facial hair but Xaira didn't mind touching him up before leaving.
"Tuck your lips for me." She insists, gently grabbing his face. Tongue between her lips, she takes her time ridding the facial hair around his plump lips, making sure not to nick his delicate skin in the process. Afterwards she focuses on his cheeks, ridding the thick tangled hairs until she's met with a smooth surface. "You like?" She inquires, dusting the fallen hair from his shirt as she looks back at the mirror. Niko nods, running his palm along his now exposed cheeks. "I do." He admits, turning to get a better view and to make sure that she had gotten rid of the majority of his facial hair. All that was left was his thin mustache and the hairs along his chin.
"You look younger too!" Xaira mentions, looking at him again this time with a twinkle in her eye. She loved everything about him, even the things he himself hated. She made sure to love him harder because of that, always reminding him how great of a man he was to not only her but others. He may have not spoken much but his character spoke for him. Always respectful to others even on his bad days.
The last thing he wanted was for others to feel the way he felt.
"Okay on the road!" Xaira points, gathering the last of their belongings before exiting out of the bathroom. She hands Niko his belongings then walks over to her suitcase, placing her own inside. "It's 12:34. We should get there a little after 3 A.M." she announces, slipping on a thin jacket to knock off the midnight chill.
Niko eyes trail around their hotel room, making sure that everything they brought along was stored away in their suitcases. He then grabs both, letting Xaira lead the way out of their room and down the hall to the elevators.
"Where are we going to toss this?" He utters glancing at Xaira who was looking through her Google apps. "The dumpster in the back maybe or do you want to wait until we're on open road?" Niko shrugs since he didn't know what to choose. He normally let Xaira make the complicated decisions; even when she asked for his input he stated that whatever she chose he'd be fine with but now he was questioning things.
