When they returned home from Italy - Millie had a present for her dad but noticed her neck so she had to wear a turtleneck thanks to her neck covered in love bites from Noah and Paul.

"Fuckers." she muttered but heard Noah laugh, and him telling Paul what she called them as she walked down the stairs. "I love heels but I've come to realise not every outfit needs them." she tells them as she tightens her white Nike trainers.

"Baby, I think you should let the everyone see what your mates have done to you." Noah came up behind her, keeping eye contact with Paul as he got the hint and stood up making his way over to them.

"I agree, you shouldn't hide them." Paul said standing in front of her attempting to take off her jumper, "you know what, that's a good idea. Yeah I'll let my dad and Harlow see them and tell them exactly who gave them to me and go from there. What do you think?" Millie asked smiling innocently knowing they wouldn't do that - she was right when they wide eyed and suddenly started to agree with her.

"I best go, oh don't have too much fun without me annnnnd we still need to talk." she said to them, kissing Noah and then kissed Paul's cheek and walked out the house and into her car to go to Charlie's. Noah and Paul didn't waste any time to start playing video games when they were joined by Emmett, Edward, Jasper and Kaiden.

When Millie came home, Paul just finished cooking and she noticed love marks on his neck, "damn, I missed something, huh?" she asked making him jump. "Fucking hell, Millie. Don't do that." he said after nearly dropping the saucepan.

"Sorry, where's Noah?" she asked going to sit on the side, "Went hunting with the family." he said not realising what he said but Millie did however notice his words but didn't say anything.

"What's this talk about anyway?" Paul asked just as Noah came in. "Baby!" he shouted and rushed over to his fiancée kissing her all over her face, "Me and Paul had fun but we missed you." Noah said and she laughed at him.

"Come on." Millie said as they sit down at the table, "Right, as you know me and Millie are getting married. How do you feel about that knowing you are our third mate?" Noah just came out with it.

"I'm fine with it. Look - you two were already planning on getting married before I came along and I'm not letting you change that so you two get married and eventually, someday maybe I don't know." Paul said shrugging.

"Paul, a few years or months from now you will tie the knot with both of us because that's how it works. We will be tied together one day. How do you feel about that?" Millie asked sipping on some wine.

"I'm actually okay with it. I know this is really new to me, and I couldn't be more grateful with how both of you have treated me, gave me space, time to adjust to everything and get used to being around vampires." He said looking at Noah at the last bit.

"I still hate your sister but the fact that wolves and vampires finding common ground fucking helps." he added making them laugh.

"I really hope she doesn't get out of prison, I've heard from dad that Renee and Jacob are trying to get her out." Millie said shaking her head, "but anyway - so where do we go from here? Because apparently Noah can't keep his teeth to himself." she added making Paul laugh and Noah look at her.

"You enjoy it baby." Noah winked making her blush, "what you laughing at? You were moaning when I -" Paul cut him off by throwing some food at him.

"What did I miss whilst I was out?" Millie asked leaning on her hand as she look between the two, "You'll find out." Noah said but Millie shook her head amused finishing her food, "It means we can be a happy family. I really would like if we can take the next step." Paul said making them look at him.

"Sweets, we would like it too." Noah said and Millie smiled at them nodding as well as she was lost for words. "You don't have to move in." she said making him chuckle.

"I've already moved in. I'm committed to this." Paul said making her jump up and do a happy dance, "she's happy, leave her." Noah said suddenly beside Paul making resulting him to jump.

"Fucking hell, Noah." Paul said putting a hand on his chest, "what is it with you two and scaring me?" he added when Millie eventually sat down, "Oh it was me, he was in his own world when I came back." Millie said finishing her food looking at Noah when he looked at her for what he meant.

Noah started to laugh, "yeah when she was fully human, she did that to me. A lot and I have vampire hearing." Noah said shaking his head, "okay, so that's that talk out the way - everyone is one the same page, yes?" Millie asked.

"Yes." Noah and Paul said, "Good. Because Charlie is coming over tomorrow with Harlow and he wants to know why Paul is always here and I didn't know what to tell him and I may or may not have panic and said that Paul is afraid of ducks and where he lives with Sam and Emily - ducks started to suddenly pop up." Millie added standing up.

Suddenly Noah started to really laugh, "I'm not afraid of duck, Millie." Paul said whilst Noah is still laughing, "I know I'm sorry but I didn't know what to say!" she said.

"Anything else but ducks?! Shut up, Noah!" Paul yelled, Noah did not shut up and started to make quacking noises. "They were the first things I could quickly think of!" Millie insisted.

Noah eventually calmed down but told is entire family and the wolves what Millie had done even they found it funny. "I'm sorry, it kind of came out and I went with it, I don't even think dad believed me anyway. Harlow definitely didn't." Millie said to Paul and he hugged her not really mad at her.

"Fucking ducks, Millie." Noah said starting to laugh again which made Paul laugh seeing the funny side of it. "He might tease you with it now." Millie said as Noah came over to them and did quacking noises again making them all laugh.

So the rest of the night they watched movies, but Noah didn't let the whole duck thing go away so quickly and Paul wasn't even one bit mad. Millie eventually had fallen asleep in between them, Noah got a blanket and covered her with it as the two of them carried on watching movies until Paul also fell asleep.
