Lord: *meditating* Ruby. My sole follower,
worshipper. I wonder what made her choose me. I'm possibly the worst one she could have chosen. The sins I have committed are atrocious and irredeemable. Yet, I was still chosen. Melina, I'll never forget you, but....i'll try to move on. First things first, make sure Ruby is able to accomplish whatever she wants. It's the least I could do....Tch...can't believe I'm doing this.

Lord disappears in a flash as he appears in front of Ozpin's door.

Lord: *knocks* Ozpin.

Ozpin: Come in.

Lord enters the room and closes the door behind him.

Lord: Ozpin. I've decided...that....i'm going to join your academy.

Ozpin: *surprised* Oh really?

Lord: It's the only way I can keep an eye on you and Ruby. So...how do you feel about having 1 more student.

Ozpin: It would be fantastic. Here's your uniform.

Lord: You had one made already?

Ozpin: I've been doing this a long time.

Lord: Right..I'm not taking off the mask.

Ozpin: Of course. I'll see you soon.

Lord: ...Strife. Kaaru Strife.

Ozpin: Of course mr. Strife.

Kaaru: Ozpin. Have you ever heard of the twin prodigies?

Ozpin: Miquella and Malenia if I'm not mistaken.

Kaaru: I killed malenia, and miquella i know not of miquella's fate. Do you know if he's alive?

Ozpin: I'm sorry, but I don't.

Kaaru: *grunts in dissatisfaction* St. Trina then...does that ring a bell?

Ozpin: Hmmm. Yes if I recall, she was banished correct?

Kaaru: Yeah, and I think you know exactly where.

Ozpin: And what are you getting at here?

Kaaru: She was once a part of miquella, but he casted her away in hopes of becoming a God. I was able to prevent his attempt at becoming a god long ago, but I was never able to find St. Trina.

Ozpin: I'll take you there.

Kaaru: I'm taking team rwby with me. I could use the extra hands. Well I only need Ruby to come, but I might as well bring the rest.

Ozpin: With all due respect, they're only freshman, they don't have the experience.

Kaaru: And they never will if they don't get to act. Bring them here.

Ozpin: *sighs* Very well.

Ruby: Uggghh! Professor Port is so boring! I wish something interesting would happen..

Intercom: Would team RWBY please report to headmaster Ozpin's office? Would team RWBY please report to headmaster Ozpin's office?

Ruby: Huh? Did we do something wrong?

Port: Team RWBY, you are excused!

Yang: I wonder what this is about.
