Ruby got up that next morning, she looked at the clock and saw it was around 9 AM. She decided that she might as well go to the gym before getting her day started, she had been going for about a couple of months. She knew she should have started sooner, especially now because she was starting to notice her curves developing on her body. She doubted that her teammates or Team JNPR knew that she went to the gym but after what happened last night, she couldn't care less.

Speaking of her teammates, Ruby had jumped down from her bed to see their states and by God she was not impressed. All three of them looked ragged, their hair was a mess, and she could tell that they were hung over. 'And that kids is why you drink responsibly', Ruby thought with an eye roll as she went to her drawers to grab her workout clothes. Once she got changed Ruby quietly exited the dorm as she did not want to wake her teammates up, mostly because she did not want them to know about her whereabouts.

Ruby got to the gym and it was a ghost town, just the way she liked it. Most people on a Saturday morning were busy sleeping in, so there would be nobody to hog all the machines or play annoying music. Most importantly they wouldn't ask Ruby any stupid questions like why she was here or where her team was. She got on the elliptical and started her workout, she needed to be more flexible than ever if her new combat style was going to work. After the elliptical, Ruby moved on to weights and did that for about a half hour. Once it was all over and her joints had been pushed to the limit, she returned to the dorm.

Upon returning to the dorm, she found her teammates to be out of their beds and out of the room itself. 'Probably went to Vale, oh well not my problem', Ruby thought as she grabbed her regular clothes and went to the shower to get all the stink off her body. As the water ran down on her, Ruby went through her plan for today. She wanted to go to the shooting range again to keep her skill sharp, then she would go to Vale to get food and restock her ammo. Finally, she would come back to Beacon, train in a private room and then study for Oobleck's test, as she didn't get the chance to yesterday.

Ruby got out of the shower and put on her combat outfit, then she looked in the mirror. 'I really hope my new combat clothes get her soon. This look is getting old.' She thought as she went outside to collect her things. She grabbed her scroll, her wallet and some gum that she hid in her desk. She thought that she might need to grab some sunglasses when she got to Vale, she had been putting it off for too long. After that she went to go grab Crescent Rose and headed off to the shooting range.

People might need to start calling Ruby the sharpshooter because she was killing it again! She got a perfect score and was even switching up between the sniper and her new pistols. It was as if she couldn't miss even if she tried, honestly Ruby was surprised. She had always been good with a gun, but she never knew that she was this good. 'People might have to start calling me Deadshot.' Ruby chuckled as she remembered one of her favorite comic book characters. Ruby put Crescent Rose back in its' carrying form and headed to get on one of the bullheads leaving for Vale.

As Ruby was on the ship headed to Vale, she wondered if she would see her teammates there. If she was being perfectly honest, she really did not want to see them. Last night had been playing in her mind over and over, she had to stop thinking about it though as she would be lost in her own anger. However, it did make Ruby understand something that she should have understood before, which was to love herself first. She tried too hard to make the team work and to present herself as friendly and welcoming and look where that brought her.

Her teammates found her incredibly annoying and constantly nitpicked at every little thing that she did wrong. At this point, who the hell cares what they thought of her? If they were going to constantly going to complain about everything than why should she care about being the leader or how the team was going to go? It was clear that they were not going to get over her faults and would not accept their own. Ruby could name a ton of faults that Weiss, Blake, and Yang had but decided not too because it would hurt the team and their dynamic. Her teammates apparently didn't share the same thought, and Ruby was tired of being treated like an annoyance.
