I leaned against the closed door of our house, exhaling a shaky breath. Y/n's encounter with Anarath had left us all worried, but I couldn't show fear.
"Alright, we need a new plan," Dk said, trying to keep his voice steady.
His eyes scanned the room, landing on Vernon, who was already at his laptop, fingers flying over the keyboard.
"I'm pulling up a list of possible hideouts and connections Anarath has in this time period," Vernon said without looking up.
"She must have taken the book somewhere she feels secure." He continued.
I glanced at Y/n who had collapsed onto the couch, her breathing still heavy. I walked over and sat beside her, placing a hand on her shoulder. "We'll find it, Y/n. No need to worry."
She looked at me. "Thanks, Wonwoo. I just... I just want to go back home."
I squeezed her shoulder gently. "We'll get you home and you can go back to living your own life." I said looking deeply into her.
"She probably followed us to the club knowing we're behind the book. Anarath knows that Y/n knows about us since she saw her with me, possibly why she's after us." Chan said attracting our attention.
"She must be trying to get Y/n, but why. Doesn't she need just the book to enter back?" Jun added.
"Anyone who gets kicked out for breaking the law is no longer invited in the heavens. The only possible way to obtain a place is by collecting one of the Angels book and the possible assigned person" Jeonghan said looking at Y/n.
"She got kicked out and got turned into an evil angel, but why could she be in this time line" Seungcheol said with his hands on his hips.
Vernon's screen pinged, drawing our attention. "Got something," he announced.
"There's an abandoned asylum on the outside of the city. It used to be a cult hideout. There's a possibility that Anarath is using this place as a base."
