Chapter 12: Meeting the Crane Sisters

I wake up from my alarm clock going off, as I press the button to turn it off. I sit up and stretch my arms out as I stretch my muscles as I get out of bed, as I walk over to my bathroom to freshen myself up. I grab my toothbrush and toothpaste to brush my teeth, after that I cup my hands together and put my hand under the faucet and splash some water on my face. After I finish washing up, I go to my kitchen to make myself some breakfast out of what remains of my bacon cheeseburger from yesterday's lunch. I open the microwave and place my breakfast meal in as I set it for 30 seconds, as I grab a cup to fill it with water.

Y/N: *yawn* Alright time to eat.

I take my breakfast and go to sit down at the table in front of my TV to watch... whatever is on at the moment. As I watch the news and eat my breakfast my phone vibrates. I pick my phone up as I look at the notification from Gojo.

Gojo:
Hey I'm gonna be heading back to Jujutsu high with the first years. I got a meeting to attend to with the higher ups. Don't worry I'll keep what happened last week a secret, so don't worry.

Y/N:
Ok, good luck. Also tell the others that I'm sorry for what happened. I'll be more careful in the future.

Gojo:
Don't worry, I will. Also you don't have any missions today. So after school you have a day off, so enjoy yourself.

Y/N:
Right I will. Have a good day Gojo.

Gojo:
You too!!!

Y/N: So I have a day off... Wonder what I should do?

I say as I grab my water and take a drink. Just then I here something on the news that catches my attention.

News reporter: Judgement as of this moment are still trying to figure out how half of the underground mall was destroyed during what should've been a simple rodent extermination.

I spit out my drink from that comment. I get that what happened was pretty major! But still I didn't the incident was that serious. Although it does make sense, half of an underground mall being destroyed during what seemed like an extermination job does seem pretty overkill.

News reporter: Whoever caused such destruction during what should've been a Simple pest extermination is completely incompetent! How can someone be so reckless during what should've been an incredibly easy job!?

Hearing those words stung at my soul. I get that I was being reckless, even if they don't know it was me that stings to hear. Way throw salt on the wound. After I'm done with my breakfast and water, I pick up my dishes and head towards the sink and wash the dirty dishes. After I get done with that I go back to my living/bedroom and grab the remote to turn off the TV. I go to grab my school jacket and put on my shoes, while id normally wear my vest, it got destroyed during my mission with Inumaki after I got nearly killed by a curse. So Gojo decided to get me a new vest special made, and said it'll be here when a Jujutsu sorcerer who he trusts will come to Academy City to meet me. I go over to my shelf above my bed, and right by my alarm clock is my bracelet with my sorcerer pin and put it on my right wrist. I unlock my dorm room door and head out of my room, I close the door behind me then lock the door. I walk down to the bottom of the building as I go to school.

But on my way there I feel like someone is watching me as I turn around and look. I find nothing as I continue to go to school, perplexed by the strange feeling.
