Chapter 1

I still miss Zen, I would do anything to hear their voice again... To hug them again...

But all I can do for now is wait.

I tried to think about other things, like my brother. Maybe I could do the obby to find him?

Yeah, I think I'll do that. Could help me get my mind off things.

I stood up and started to go to the start of the obby, when I saw Potato come up to where I was, and I went back to where I normally sit.

"Hey, Potato," I said.

"Hi Serenity!" said Potato.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be trying to find Dark Markery?" I asked.

"Yeah, but I'm trying to find everyone else first, so that I know where to find everyone when I trap him with Danger so I can let everyone know when it's safe to come out of hiding," said Potato.

"How would you know where to find us all?" I asked.

"My boyfriend Wild Card gave me clues as to where everyone is hiding," said Potato.

I then thought of something, and I had to ask...

"Have you found Zen yet?"

"Zen? No, I haven't found them yet. They're one of the hardest markers to find. Why do you ask?" asked Potato.

"They're my best friend, I just miss them... I was hoping you knew where they were so I can see them again, but... I guess not..." I sighed sadly.

"Hm... Maybe I could give you my clue for Zen so you can find them! I still have a lot of others to find, Zen is much later on my list," said Potato.

I smiled. "Yes, I'd love that!"

Potato nodded and went through all the cards with hints on them, before finding Zen's. They handed it to me.

"Thank you," I said. "I'll head to the mainland now, to find them."

I went through the portal back to the mainland and looked at the clue. It said, "Find all notes by reading the hints. The first one is at the fountain."

The fountain? Where's the fountain?

Oh! It must be talking about the chocolate fountain in Candyland that Zen and I used to hang out around!

I climbed the marshmallows and walked over to the chocolate fountain, where I... Didn't find a clue.

Is there another fountain somewhere?

I know there's one in the Forbidden Maze, but I don't think the clue would be there, given that no markers who go in ever come out.

But I don't think there are any other fountains...

Wait, maybe I could ask Quest Marker, he travels all around the place! He'd definitely know where I could find another fountain!

I then heard a voice behind me.

"Hey, Serenity! Surprised to see you here, not many markers come out of hiding, even though hiding is honestly kinda pointless, the only one Dark Markery wants to hurt is Purple Marker, so I don't get why others hide. ...sorry, I'm rambling again."

"It's alright, Quest. Wait, you're actually the exact person I needed to see!" I said.

"Oh, really? Why?" asked Quest Marker.

"Do you happen to know of any fountains that aren't the chocolate fountain?" I asked.

"Nope, the chocolate fountain is the only one. Why?" said Quest.

"I thought I was supposed to find a clue here... Or something..." I said.

"Oh, I think I know what you're talking about! It's not in the easiest to spot place," said Quest. 

He showed me a spot next to the chocolate fountain which in fact did have the clue. I picked it up and read it out loud.

"Your first clue is somewhere where it burns. It's a little checkered, don't take any risky turns."
