Ursus, Tundra.

POV: Regulus

Sooooo after stuffing the snake into the black soul gem, it seems even more irritating issues arose from Shitcheys death.

The army stormed Kashdeads castle, searching for me and Tal, blood stains ruining my suit, and cloak! Honestly, that reward best be worthwhile. Once I'm back at the capital, Fyodor is getting a right proper scolding!

Good timing for a blizzard to appear after leaving. They halted their search, seeing how shitty the weather is!

"Now, with no inferences, I-

???: : "Excuse me, sir! Please wait!!"

Tsk! How in the burning hell did they - Oh... Talulah, she followed me. Surprised, she managed to keep up considering how fast I was running. Guess Terrans are built different. Hmmm, let's stop then!

Talulah: "S-ir Regulus! I jus-t need but a mome-

She stops, only now to catch her breath. Are you real women? Just how committed are you?

"Alright! Alright! I'm stopping! First off! Let me set up camp. I see the fatigue on that dirty face of yours."

Did I mention how troublesome setting up camp during the MOST shittiest snowstorm is? Yes, I did it in no less than five minutes. Yet, I could have been done one minute sooner!

"Here, eat this." Shoving soup into her hands.

Talulah: "My sincere gratitude, Sir Regulus!"

"Don't call me sir."

Talulah: "Alright, Mr-" I disrespectfully butt in.

"Regulus! Call me only Regulus! Agh, Apologies. Ticks me off being preferred that." Pitching the bridge of my nose.

Talulah: "It is quite fine. I am the one at fault." Solemn evident on her expression. Gee, lady knows how to be dramatic.

A sudden thought came to me. Wanting to change the conversation, I inquired. "Why bolt after me? I explicitly stated I had no interest in your grand quest." My curious violet irises peer into draco amber ones.

Talulah: "I need answers." Her gaze burns into me.

I sit down across from her. "Shesh. You trying to incinerate me with those eyes? I'm willing to talk!" My hands held up high jokingly.

Talulah: "Oh?" She blinked, taken back I was easily willing. "I had run through numerous scenarios, determined to pry those answers from you. "

"Making it sound like I was to be tortured.." I smirk grimly.

Talulah: " I would do no such thing! Especially after saving me!" She was flabbergasted that I would even suggest that. While continuing to fumble her words, I crackled.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAHAA! I jest! I jest!" Holding onto my sides. "That expression of yours made this trip all the more worthwhile!"

Seven minutes pass by as I begin to simmer down. Talulah's expression was that of an apple while swinging her tail nervously.

Talulah: "May you answer my questions now, please?"

"I'm all ears, Talulah."

Talulah: "Why help me escape? I would have easily taken the accusations. A well cover for you, Regulus."

"Felt like it. Besides, was it not exhilarating!? Briefly feeling the cold wind hitting our faces, then the army on our tails!" I stiffle a laugh as Talulah gives an exhausted look.
