Chapter I - Suspicions and the Supernatural
- o - o - o - o -
The day rose with the sun concealing from the overcast,
Like pests and rodents treated like an outcast,
The flower blooms in delicacy,
Such moments in life it might wither in misery,
Unquestionable, see the severity,
Sin city's rendezvous is such an impurity,
Try to steal a luck in tonight's tragedy

Point 1 - Off My Shoulders' Realizations
It was the day of excitements, and I couldn't find one
It was the day of happiness, and I saw a place where I couldn't
It was the day to reminisce, and yet my memories are foggy
It was the day to manifest, and yet too slow to respond
Seeing you off my shoulders
Is truly a pathetic call.
Point 2 - Dream or Nightmare? Doubts?
I woke up in the dawn of Friday
A day to pack things up to a trip
To go somewhere unpinned in the map.
A night before,
I saw the stars falling on the ground
No reason to bother it all.
I can't remember anything
By the time I woke up
And got off in my bed.
As if it was only a dream
As if I was locked out of subterfuge
As if I was ready to unwind things up
Where realities nor chances are getting fucked up.
Like a traveler driving in the woods
By leaps and bounds
I should have seen you walking in the open road,
But it makes my blood vomit on the top of my head.
The clouds down poured and who's the one psychotic?
The trees in the forest went on fire and who's the one maniac?
The sea was too acidic, and the creatures have died
Everyone was panicking and you were just there chilling.
Of course, I do worry over things
Ironically, not on my watch
You do seem pretty reluctant
And I do love it the same way I disliked it.
Point 3 - Tell A Story
A birthday indeed
Not happy so dash, period.
They greeted me like they were
In the place of satisfaction
Time flies
It was my 14th birthday
14 reasons to live
14 thoughts to die
Someone whom I never knew
Chased me in the woods,
And stabbed me with his intentions
Clearly unclear.
Yet, the doubts I felt was left unnoticed
Cause whose person in the world would even care someone's touch?
If his intentions can't touch me in a way,
I wouldn't tease myself,
It's awfully paradoxical.
So pitiful that you aren't too confident
To stand up and let everyone hear your voices
As if only your heartbeat can be heard
By nobody and even you can't.
I suppose someone's tellin' nonsense
Tell me a story like fantasy
And I'll tell you mine
Like you've never heard it before.
- o - o - o - o -
The leaves fell off on autumn morning
Landscapes of the nature pretty seems to be changing
As I saw myself captive in a time bubble
Stay alert for the falling rubbles
Never get attached to people with troubles
To save yourself being lashed undoubled

Point 4 - Christmas Fever
The day was more than just
A potluck of inferno's party
Just like a sleeve of my sweater scorched
The night was nothing compared to
A disposition of Lucifer's army
Just like horses running wild in the woods
I was hunted and haunted
By knights of inexpressible lies
Fighting like damn mercenaries
Held captive in a hellish pit
Unsure if it was like that before
Look up and see who's talking
It kinda reminds me of the dark ages
The fall of the Roman Empire
Pfft, what a fantasized reality
Unaware of such histories.
But let me take the cup
What cup? The glass of red champagne?
Dang, you're nothing like a peculiar peasant
Crazy enough to fool me like Frankenstein.
I always thought that I may have the chance of fleeing
Fleeing in which time distorts out of beautiful skin
You may leap forward in front of me
And I hate not much to say this but,
I ain't that ready to see you,
Strangled over the iron chains that sees,
Death as a gift and not as a punishment.
Point 5 - Into the Downtown
It's not into my favor that I would spoil more
So, leave into my sight and go to a place
Where people don't seem to care being
On the qui vive for such uncertainties.
Call a taxi and drive me to the downtown
Still feeling hopeless that you never tasted
And licked a word from me
I feel wretched for you
So, better luck winning tickets for next time.
Oh, dearest self, what's happening to you?
You're so insane in a way that I couldn't match your idiosyncrasy
And all these years, I'm just standing here to cry, cry, and cry
Wondering if these was all a time illusion?
It was nighttime when I had arrived in the downtown
At first, I was shocked by its serene environment
Of where monstrosity and the odds are just there
Hiding behind the windows of every household, buildings, and the like.
The lanterns were bright enough to make you look a fool,
To make you unworthy to be applauded of righteousness,
The skies, clouds, atmosphere weren't a thing to be frightened with,
Like a moth searching for a light to stay with.
Point 6 - Inside the Apartment
Afterwards, I went inside an abandoned apartment
I slowly walked inside, and I saw no one
I tried to go through to one of its doors
Knock, knock
Who's there?
Woahhhhh!! Searching for a big hole?
For people drowned into stupidity,
Then, there you go, jump unto it.
And yeah, I was so stupid enough
Wondering if my legs can be detached if I jumped
Well, you must see and try,
Try like 3, 2, 1... jump, jump, jump!!
The underground was so dim that I couldn't jump,
I was encircled with fear enough not to make me move,
I screamed "Is anybody there?"
No one dared to answer but the reflections of my voice.
The moment I stepped into the second floor,
Something's odd happened,
More of like a pyrus calleryana,
Less of the likes such as an old man's fart.
But geez, that's enough of the obnoxious delusions
Setting aside, I can't pick up my mind
As if something like supernatural
Kept chasing me behind my tails.
Point 7 - Low-key
I unquestionably questioned myself,
The way such cops questioned unquestionably,
The crimes committed of such a terribly innocent murderer,
So, never mind holding up your horses,
As you might end up biting yours.
I questioned if,
Pricking thorns was enough to break,
The glitters of my skin?
Answer: unworthy, not giving, futile.
I questioned if,
Shedding tears was enough to see,
The random letters and numbers unlocked?
Answer: unworthy, not giving, futile.
I questioned if,
Igniting the flames is what they say,
The "flaming dreams" are mankind's satisfaction,
Answer: unworthy, not giving, futile.
Fret not,
I wasn't too sure if I keep myself low,
Neither the supernatural's have distraught me out,
Like I've never been involved in such five-finger discounts.
Well, speaking of delusions though...
I haven't made one way neither
I trusted anyone without the need of suspicions
It's just simply nonsense.
Point 8 - A Normie or an Insane?
Speaking of which,
Where's my cab?
Oh, did I just say cab?
Hmmm? My mind just snapped,
It reminds me of a t...t...tu...
Turkey!!
Oh gosh, heavenly angels!!
The visions and voices of Scrooge,
May have infiltrated my mind and got bewildered,
Sweeping away the mists that comes into me.
Oh dear, answer me
Are you that of a normie or are you acting insane?
The way you look sees the treasure
Like a fortune teller aware of someone's future.
Mind you if I take that statement as a mistake,
Still, I'm running off the fields wilder than ever,
It's just that sometimes, life can be as hard,
As two shovels fighting over the same soil,
You could never see what's coming,
And you can never slip through,
A single decision between choices and chances.
Anyways, enough of these chit-chats
Worthless blah-blahs,
If you insist, I will take your name to credit your generosity,
A lavish one indeed.
Then, I rode a cab and went back home,
It was such a tiring day,
Not of course when the malice is here,
And will definitely be here.
And oh, by the way, don't often use the word "definitely"
Not of it sounds irritating but it will bring unrest to you
Even further, even higher, even worse.
I know the perception may be unusual
But you've came to me the way
I ran gone to your bluish eyes.
This may sound nuts to think of it
But remember...
This is only the beginning,
And yet you aren't the only one winning.

The author ends the pilot chapter with the quote,
"In a world too often governed by corruption and arrogance, it can be difficult to stay true to one's philosophical and literary principles."
The quote came from a famous author named Daniel Handler which is known for its pen name Lemony Snicket and have published his most prominent literary piece entitled "A Series of Unfortunate Events".
Stay tuned on how such a young man's uncertainties and doubts could bring a significant impact and remarkable reflections of the society we have today. It is not dedicated to the author itself, but it is for the entire humanity.
