JOSHUA as a stranger

one day you decided to take a rest from work and travelled to LA

since you are Korean and not fluent in english, you always find yourself struggling to interact with people especially at restaurants.

so now you walked back to the restaurant and walked to the cashier. before trying to speak you let out a big sigh

"uh one..pasta please and.. one..." you paused while pointing at the menu

you were struggling and pointing out the menu when suddenly you heard a manly,gentle and soft voice just by your side

"hey are you alright?" he asked as you turned around to face him

you slightly nod and turned back

"you look like a korean.." he said while staring at my futures

"do you need help?" he asked in korean making me turn at him

"yes please" you answered back before he helped you order

after recieving your order you sighed in relief before thanking him.

before he left he hands out a calling card

"call me if you go out again i just can't leave you alone struggling" he spoke in korean and let out a soft chuckle.

you took the calling card and bowed as you thanked him

after that day happened they often hang out together but one day it was your last day in LA since you still have work to do at korea.

you bid your goodbyes to joshua before going to your flight.

days has passed and you are still busy because of your work. you decided to go to a restaurant for break.

when you sat down on one of the chairs of the restaurant, from the distance you saw a familiar face and realized it was joshua.

you happily grabbed my things and walked towards his table and sat down across from him.

"hey josh!" you greeted him with a bright smile while joshua looked up from his phone

when he recognized you his eyes became wide in shock

"oh hey there y/n! i didn't expect you to be here" he said gently

"i didn't expect you to be here too" you replied

then the conversation continues while you found yourself inlove with him.

after the meal you were upset that he had to go but you were also glad that you could see him again.
