4 "he hears everything"

All night the ninjas tried to figure out how to find a teacher, but no ideas came to mind.
- We’ve already gone through all the options, - Lloyd paced around the room in front of sleepy Kai, Nya and Zane; Cole and Jay decided to take a nap on the couch.
- You’re right, there are simply no options, - the red ninja yawned, barely keeping his eyes open.
- Honestly, I’m even giving up, - Nya looked tiredly at Lloyd, who rubbed the bridge of his nose and continued pacing around the hall.
- I’m very tired of these thoughts, - Kai arched his back, causing it to make a loud crunch.
- Me too, but we can’t waste much time on rest, we don’t know what happened to Master Wu, - Lloyd also sat down on the sofa.
- Damn ghost, if you're here, just tell me what you need? - Kai asked irritably, leaning back in his chair, not expecting any answer in advance. He closed his eyes and was ready to fall into a sweet sleep, but... But he heard his sister's scream, which made the red ninja jump up sharply and open his eyes. He saw a frightened Lloyd, Zane and Nya.
- What? - he asked, but noticed that his friends were looking up. Kai turned his gaze to the same place they were and was very surprised. The words “revenge”, “forget” and “you” were scratched into the ceiling.
- What does it mean? - Lloyd will ask, carefully turning his head towards Zane, as if afraid to find out the meaning of these words.
- What scares me more is that the ghost hears us,-  Nya looked at the ceiling again and carefully tried to examine it in an attempt to find more clues.
- Not us, but Kai, - Lloyd answered.
- Me again, - the fire master rolled his eyes.
- Judge for yourself, the ghost gave a sign when you asked for it, - Jay came to his senses as soon as you touched him, and you were the first to see him at all.

- According to your logic, it’s right in front of you, -  the fire master paused to cough, and then decided to go outside, as he suddenly felt stuffy, - As they say, if there is no main problem, there are no problems at all.
True, no one says that, but that’s not what the red ninja was worried about right now.
Coming out into the fresh air, he cleared his throat and thought that it was in vain to start arguing with his friend, but, justifying himself with fatigue, he decided not to give it much importance. The rest of the ninja were worried about him.
- What came over him? - asked Nya.
- I don’t know, but it’s also my fault, -  Lloyd frowned, put on his jacket and followed the red ninja out. He looked around the temple and even a little further, but did not find his friend anywhere. Ignoring the growing anxiety within, Lloyd returned and informed Nya, Zane, and the awakened Cole and Jay.
- Seriously? Did he just leave in an unknown direction? - the lightning master hit himself on the forehead, - This is the worst possible scenario.
- What if he was kidnapped by a ghost just like Wu? - Nya glanced at Lloyd, trying to read his emotions, thinking that he blamed himself for Kai's disappearance. And so it was.
- What if he just decided to take a walk?
- Without a jacket? It’s unlikely, Jay, -  Cole paused for a minute, - Traces! Lloyd, have you seen any traces of Kai? They could lead us to him. Who's the genius? I'm genius.
-Have you seen a snowstorm outside? It immediately covers his tracks.
- You’re not a genius, Cole, - the blue ninja smiled sarcastically, - There’s only one genius here, and that’s me.
- I would argue with that.
- Stop fooling around. Our teacher and Kai are missing. How can you joke in such a situation? - it was clear that it was not easy for Lloyd to cope with his thoughts about his guilt, which is why he reacted so sharply even to harmless jokes. But nevertheless, the ninja stopped their unnecessary chatter and seriously thought about what they should do.
They thought until they saw in the corridor...
