Loved By Who?

Chapter 4

I walked into my office and sat in my chair. 

"Sigh, alright," I started, "Time to make a video!" I smiled at the thought of making fans happy and got to work. I played some happy wheels, turbo dismount, and a horror game. I started editing when my phone buzzed. It was a text from Kayla.

"So I was wondering, would you like to hang out later? Maybe go get some coffee?"

"Sure! :)" I replied. I followed that text with another asking when. She replied with "2:30." It was 1 o'clock. I still had some time so I continued editing for 30 more minutes, then got ready, and drove to the nearest Starbucks to meet her there. 

I waited for about 5 minutes before she got there, and we sat down at one of the tables after ordering our coffee. We we're talking for what seemed like an eternity. We got to know each other, and we talked about our hobbies, and other things we both were interested in. 

"Alright, well, I should be going now," she said. 

"Me too," I replied, "It was really nice talking to you again!"

"You too! I hope to see you again soon!" she yelled from the door as she exited, while I was still standing in front of the table. I smiled and threw away my empty coffee cup. I couldn't get her beautiful smile out of my head. Her gorgeous brown curly hair. Everything about her. It was all I could think about. Kayla. Kayla. Kayla. As I was driving, a love song came on the radio. I listened to it happily as I was on my way home.
