I hear Bella getting out of her car. I quickly go and open the door for her. "Hi" she smiles and blushes. She doesn't need to but I think she does that as a habit. How strange.... I smile back at her and lead her to the kitchen. The kitchen is just a prop but we usually use it as a conference room. "Hello Bella" Carlisle says politely. "Hi everyone" Bella says softly. Followed by a bunch of hi's and hello's from my family. I look at her and she knows that it's time to begin. "As you are all wondering, I am a vampire. But not a very old one. I've only been around for 70 years. When I was 17 I was kidnapped and was stabbed multiple times. My creator James, found me and changed me before I bled to death." I paused for a second and found them looking at me apologetically, but urging me to continue. "After I was changed James took me hunting. He made me take a sip of human blood and I hated it. It tasted like rotten eggs. I told him that and he said that if I can't drink human blood then I can't stay with him. So I said ill try. My second hunt I went alone. I was in the woods when I smelt a mountain lion. I attacked quickly and found it very satisfying. I came home and told James. He said if I liked animal blood then I had o leave. He said that animal drinking vampires are wusses. I got mad at him and left. On the way I met a girl named Monica. She told me that she has heard of a coven that drinks animal blood. She directed me here." I finished my story and everyone looked at me in shock. At first, I was terrified that they didn't like me. But after a few more seconds I found myself in a group hug with me in the middle. I smiled thinking that this would be a really great opportunity. "Oh Bella I'm so sorry!" Stated Alice. "It's fine. I'm over it. Plus I haven't seen James in like 50 years." "Sweetie you can stay here if you want." Esme offered. She was so generous. " thank you Mrs.Cullen. I would love to but I have Charlie to take care of." Please call me Esme. And if that's the case then your welcome to visit anytime you want." "Thank you Esme that's very generous of you." She smiled warmly at me. " would I like a tour of the house now?" Edward said. It was the first time I've heard his voice I told them my story. I gladly nodded. He showed me his siblings rooms and Carlisle and Esme's room. He showed me Carlisle's study room and the library. Last but not least, he took me to his room. It was very open. The wall was replaced with glass.
