"Well I'm not. So I'm gonna leave if you're done with your interrogation or whatever you get going on here". After all,the driver must've been suspicious for me to take this long.
I turned around to walk away from him but was once again interrupted by his words.
"Don't go around walking alone with that uniform. Especially around these areas!"
He meant this Elite Scholars Academy uniform?
"Took 'wastrels' like us less than a second to figure out that they can bait millions out of your family for your life". He extended the word wastrel in the exact tone i had asserted earlier.
"Well thank you for the information",i sarcastically replied, knowing damn well that i just fucked up few minutes ago. I just hated the fact that this indeed wastrel was acting like he knew it all.
He chuckled to my response,unamused or unfazed by it. Hence, without further conversation,i hurried my way back into the streets.
"I was worried you took quite some time,Miss",the driver too,breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing me.
" I..uh..i was indecisive!",i piled up lies to cover lies today and never have I ever felt so uneasy in my life ever,"Let's go!"
I could've avoided today's incident easily if i actually listened to Manabu-san or if he showed up instead. But it is what it is now and hopefully,there was nothing too serious that went down. At least I get to enjoy Takoyaki tonight!

After I finished setting up the dining table to enjoy my hard-earned dinner,i switched on the television to accompany me instead of dining in a pin drop silent house.

Bonten. Pictures of the demolished and disheveled streets from the incident followed the news. It was quite a mess that they have caused. The pictures further showed some members of the criminal organization that were involved in the incident. It didn't poke too much of your interest until one of the pictures displayed a man with pink hair and a scar on the side of his lips. He had his hair up in the picture but there was no confusing it! He was the guy from today!

Bonten? Number what? Took me seconds to realize that i was playing with my life a little too much today. The best choice of decision i could make is to not wander around those streets to stop getting in contact with those psychos.
