It was a new day here in Pentagram city, and it was still as shity as ever. The streets were on fire, sinners were fighting and fucking all over, and the hellborns were all to happy to join them. Although, there were two areas in the Pride Ring that were actually a bit more orderly. The first being the Cannibal Colony, home to the one and only Rosie, who made sure all her cannibals and cannibettes were all well behaved. In a strange sense, but that's a story for another time.

The other was an area that wasn't that far away from the Cannibal Colony, just a quick drive in fact. The streets were clean, the sinners there were in a surprisingly calm state and hellborns from all walks of life enjoying their day. Many of them were simply out for a stroll or on their ways to or from work. It was such a mundane slice of life that one could almost forget that they were demons in Hell. Almost.

If one were to walk through the streets they would notice that each of the citizens had one thing in common. Each of them had a symbol, whether it be stitched into their clothing or exposed on their skin like a tattoo. A mark that resembled a burning flame with a bird head that was at its center. The symbol of the overlord who owned this section of the pentagram. The symbol of the Flare District.

Meanwhile, at the Hazbin Hotel, which stood on the very top of a hill that was at the highest point of the district, was now preparing to open its doors for their very first occupant. Which was going about as well as many would expect with all the colorful characters who resided there.

"Niffy! Stop putting holes in the walls!" Vaggie yelled from atop a ladder where she was fastening the end of a banner to the wall.

"Must get the bugs! You can't hide from me!" The maid let out a gremlin noise as she continued to jam her knife into the walls. Eventually leading to her making one large enough for her to put her face in, which she did. "Here's Niffy!" She smiled viciously as the bugs huddled together in fear.

"Okay! That's enough!" Izuku chimed in as he grabbed her by her arms, causing her to dangle like a cat. "Niffy, sweetie, you can't keep doing this."

"But how can I get my job done if the pests keep hiding! I must clean!"

"I understand that but don't you see what you're doing?" He held her in his arm as he gestured over to the floor that was now covered in wood chips and pieces of insulation. "You're making a bigger mess and making your job harder."

"Oh? I didn't mean to." She muttered with a slight pout that was almost adorable.

"I know, Niffty." Izuku set her back down to the ground and gave her a pat on the head. "Now just clean it up and patch the holes. If you see any bugs, use this." He handed her a flyswatter, which she took gleefully as she went about her business.

"How are you able to do that?" Husk questioned from behind his bar as he sorted through all his supplies.

"Do what?"
