Miles is fixated; you are the only thing on his mind, and it's taking over. He is a prisoner to his own thoughts. His obsession leads to poor eating, sleeping habits and withdrawal from society. Miles spends so much time fantasising about the relationship he could have and how it might evolve: that first meeting, a rescue scenario, being the one person you trusts with your most intimate secrets, an instant bond and connection, sexual fantasies, etc.
...★Gwen Stacy Stalker:
Gwen operates in the background, sabotaging your love life from the shadows and eliminating any romantic rivals and watching and admiring you from a distance. Gwen follows you around, often without you knowing. May be in broad daylight or at night, when you're walking alone on the streets. Maybe even online.
...★Peter B Parker Delusional:
Peter holds the belief or impressions that you already love them, which is typically contradicted by reality. He takes your actions the wrong way; if you do something out of kindness, Peter will think it's out of love. If you say you don't love him, he'll think it's all lies, or that you're just shy. His love distorts the reality he perceive.
...★Hobie Brown Manipulative:
Hobie will exercise unscrupulous control and influence over you. You and along with many other people assume that your two's relationship is normal since it appears that way. If you are already in a relationship, he will use a position of trust to create wedges between in that relationship. And once you two are together, Hobie will do everything to stop you from leaving, from encouraging co-dependence to using your secrets and weaknesses against you.
...★Pavitr Prahbhavkar Clingy:
Pavitr is too emotionally dependent on you. He's emotionally fragile; requiring constant attention and support. He constantly calls and text you, and he can feel overwhelmed if the subject of his clinginess isn't around. Pavitr works to insert himself into your personal life and becomes very upset when you are not available to him. His smothering is draining.
...★Miguel O'Hara Overprotective:
Miguel treats you like his beloved fragile doll. He is inclined to safeguard, shield, or carefully supervise you to an obsessive degree. He never leaves you alone, and he doesn't know how to balance his concern with respect for your independence and freedom. Miguel believes that he is acting in your best interest, but he comes across as overbearing, bossy, or controlling.

Miles acts on desires, whims, or inclination without forethought, which makes him one of the more dangerous ones. He acts in response to his emotions and doesn't always think about how historically actions can affect others. He is also prone to erratic mood changes, overreacting, outbursts, kidnapping, murder and the list goes on. A positive side would be Miles's transparency; he tends not to think before thinking, so he tends to be honest.

Author's Note: I honestly don't think any of them would be a yandere, but I'm just writing what kind of yandere they would be if they were one. Also, I don't know if Miles from Earth-42 is accurate or not since I'm basing this from his short amount of screen time.
