Logan regains his consciousness and he slowly opens his eyes to awaken from his slumber.
He sits up and looked around and saw that the seats where his comrades were before were now empty.
"That's peculiar" a voice says making logan's head turn to the direction where the voice was coming from.
Guessing that's where the others were, Logan took his glasses and got up from the floor. As he groaned from the pain, he heard a voice added. "Disgusting is more like it."
He walked closer to the source of the sound and noticed that the rest were all looking at something when he got there.
"Wgat..?" Logan spoke and upon hearing logan's voice everyone tear their eyes from what they were inspecting.
"Oh, you're up. Are you feeling any better?" Taylor asks as she shows him a caring smile.
"...Not really-" logan answers but couldn't finish his statement and he looked shocked when he saw the phantom from earlier, now seemed to be all gooey.
"What happened to it!?" Logan asks as he stares at the phantom's messed up body. "Turns out if these things are exposed to light for too long, they wig out and turn into goop." Aiden explains as he wore a big smile on his face. 'why does he seem so satisfied.'
"Like their body starts to twist, and bubble, and spaz-" Aiden continues but tyler stopped him from continuing on.
"Okay, I think that's enough details. I beg of you. Stop." You stated like you were gonna throw up and noticed that Logan looked like he was on the same page with you on that since he looked quite pale after hearing the information given.
"Since his awake now let's talk about savannah." Tyler says and you sighed upon hearing that. 'hope this turns out better than the last time.'
But sadly just a few minutes later, there was already an argument being made between two people. No other than Ashlyn Banner and Tyler Hernandez.
"We can keep hoping that things will go back to normal on their own!"
"And we can't risk getting stuck here permanently."
They glared at each other angrily. While you and the others watched. 'Yeah... I take back what i said.'
"Um...." You hear taylor begin so you turn your head to her to see what she had to say.
"....going back doesn't mean we have to go back to the house again, or interact with the phantom, right?" She stated, looking around everyone got her point.
"Maybe we can just search around for someone who might know something? The locals are bound to know something." Taylor suggests and you thought about it and it seemed like a nice plan.
"Hm, We have been reading myths, lore and have watched who-knows-how-many investigations about savannah for the past two weeks, and still haven't found anything useful. So maybe asking the people there is a good idea." You add into the conversation.
"Ill agree to avoiding that place and only searching for local information. That way we don't have to risk anything." Tyler states with his arms crossed.
"I-If we don't go back to the sorrel house, then i guess i'm not against... Going to savannah." Logan spoke as he stared at something from the down corner of his eyes.
Ashlyn thought about their opinions. Then turned to Ben. "... Ben what about you?" Ashlyn asked, catching Ben's attention.
He thought for a moment, then looked down at his phone. Tapping on it with his thumbs and then turns his phone around. 'I'll go with whatever aiden decides.'
