Logan regains his consciousness and he slowly opens his eyes, finally awakening from his slumber. He then sits up from his earlier laying position and looked around and saw that the seats were empty. "That's peculiar" a voice says making logan's head turn to the direction where the voice was coming from before picking himself up, while groaning from the pain in the process as another voice adds, "Disgusting is more like it."
When logan got up and picked up his glasses he noticed that the rest were all looking at something, "what..?" Logan spoke and upon hearing logan's voice everyone turned their eyes to him, "Oh, you're up. Are you feeling any better?" Taylor asks as she shows him a caring smile.
"...Not really-" logan answers but couldn't finish his statement and he looked shocked when he saw it. "What happened to it!?" Logan asks as he stares at the phantom's body that now looks.. gooey.
"Turns out if these things are exposed to light for too long, they wig out and turn into goop." Aiden explains as he wore a big smile on his face. 'why does he seem so satisfied.'
"Like their body starts to twist, and bubble, and spaz-" aiden continues but tyler stopped him from continuing on. "Okay, stop. I think he gets the picture. Now quit before you make him sick" tyler tells aiden as you notice that logan now looked pale after hearing the details.
"Since his awake now let's talk about savannah." Tyler says and you sighed upon hearing that. 'hope this turns out better than the last time.'
But sadly just a few minutes later, tyler yelled back to ashlyn "We can keep hoping that things will go back to normal on their own!"
"And we can't risk getting stuck here permanently." Ashlyn replies back to tyler's words as they glared at each other as you and the others watched. 'i take back what i said.'
"Um...." You hear taylor begin so you turn your head to her to see what she had to say. "....going back doesn't mean we have to go back to the house again, or interact with the phantom, right? Maybe we can just search around for someone who might know something? The locals are bound to know something." Taylor suggests and you thought about it and it seemed like a nice plan.
"Hm, We have been reading myths, lore and have watched who-knows-how-many investigations about savannah for the past two weeks, and still haven't found anything useful. So maybe asking the people there is a good idea." You add into the conversation.
"Ill agree to avoiding that place and only searching for local information. That way we don't have to risk anything." Tyler states with his arms crossed.
"I-If we don't go back to the sorrel house, then i guess i'm not against... Going to savannah." Logan spoke as he stared at something from the down corner of his eyes.
"... Ben what about you?" Ashlyn asks as she turns her head to ben and ben looks up at her before looking down at his phone and starts to tap on it with his thumbs and then turns his phone around. 'I'll go with whatever aiden decides.'
"Hm? I don't care either way. Both options seem fun" aiden replies and you stare at him with a deadpanned expression.

Ashlyn sighs then turns her head towards you, "Y/n?" She calls your name and you turn your eyes away from aiden and place it on ashlyn. "Oh me? Well i think the idea of going back doesn't really bother me." You say as you look down to your feet "Besides i would like to have an answer of how we got into this mess and how to get out." You say and ashlyn turns her eyes away from you and looks down before turning her gaze back up.
"....I don't think this was an accident. Theres a probability this lady did this on purpose and we could run into her again. There might even be others like her."
"So you're still against going?!" Tyler exclaimed and ashlyn answered right away, "No. I'll go but only if we wait a year." Ashlyn stated as she raised her pointer finger. "A year?! You want to be stuck here for a year?!" Tyler yelled out. 'does this guy have to yell every time??'
"Calm down there's no guarantee that even if we go back, we'll find our way out of here. Plus, none of us have a car or a license." Ashlyn pointed out and you sighed as she did. 'oh right..'

"And aside from finding a way down there, i think a year would give us some time to prepare for the worst outcome."
"...Worst outcome?" Logan asks. "Even with all our precautions, we could still get stuck here permanently or have another encounter with that woman."
"So for a year, we should train ourselves, research, and turn this place into a reliable stronghold To survive in."
"It's about time we start taking this seriously."
"Did we really need this?" Tyler asks as we all stare at a white board that was found in a junk pile.
"Alright so." Ashlyn begins as she picks up a marker, "this should be our first goal" ashlyn states as she starts writing on the board with the marker.
