Luciana gracefully welcomed back her distant relative and his family inside the warm house and requested for a moment to prepare the supper. Isagani Velasquez, along with his wife, Evelynn Velasquez, also welcomed her to the family with open arms and even introduced their two children to her. Not that the moon girl is fond of that reveal as she starts cutting and seasoning some meat in the wooden chopping board.

"Jacinta, I hope it's not that personal, but Eve was wondering where you've come from..." The tall slim señor with magnificent blue eyes asked as the family gaze at the girl's back. Her body slightly stiffened at the mention of her home and felt her hand that was holding the knife, halts. "Is there a particular reason for asking me this, señor?" She response back, not revealing her hesitance.

"We were planning to visit the Madrigals tomorrow, so I can introduce mi familiá to Abuela Alma. Do you wanna join along with us? It'll be much easier for you without being alo—"

"Camilo already plans to introduce me himself, so I'm afraid I have to refuse..."

"Camilo? As in... Camilo Madrigal?" One little girl perked up in interest while the other only roll her eyes at the mention of the shapeshifter's name. Luciana put the knife down on the cutting board for a minute before turning towards the family table. "Sí. He just finished touring me around the village and he already have plans in introducing me personally to the Madrigals. For that, I am grateful and not alone. I appreciate your concern, though..."

"No need to be so formal to us, corázon~ We have no idea you're close with Señorito Madrigal! That means you just live nearby, right?" Evelynn guessed before Luciana just went along with it. She really don't have a clear explanation, nor have plans recalling her previous hometown.

"How long will you be staying with us, my dear?" She added.

"Don't worry, I won't be here for long... Just until I can sort everything out, señora"

"I do hope you stay a bit longer. I have a feeling that you and my daughters, Agnes and Perlah, are gonna be great friends~ Right, girls?"

"Sí!"

The shape shifter almost receive his biggest lecture of a life time from his mother, but he luckily made it in time for dinner. Unfortunately, Amelia was also there, waiting, with a small beautiful smile. "Camilito, glad that you're back! Alright, everyone, to the table!" Alma announced as everyone hurriedly took their seats.

"How did it go with Señora Mendoza? I'm sorry for the way I acted. I thought that she was trying to have you for herself..." The brunette beauty started as soon as she took her seat next to him. Ever since Camilo carried her back, she has been close to the family. Near to the point that when Pepa often invites her for dinner in some random occasions or break time for the youngest generation. Camilo didn't understand the constant teasing his primas were giving, but for sure, it's related to the rumors again.

"No, no—it's okay. You were just worried for me, that's all! Believe me, Jacinta just got a little defensive because you were yelling at me. She really doesn't have the brightest childhood around here..." he sheepishly forgave her, shortly as Casita moved the plates between them to take their part of the dish.

"Camilo" The chameleon boy halts on his movement when he was about to eat the 'maís' from his cazuela and turned his attention to his mother, who looks at him with a small frown. "Where are your chinelas? You know better not to keep your feet dirty while stepping inside the casita" she slightly scolded.
