"Have you found anything?" Xylia asked Ava for the thousandth time. They were trying to learn everything they needed on the cartel or mafia... whatever they called themselves, which could be after their aunt and her new boyfriend, but there was nothing. How could they chase an invisible cartel? They were the biggest and only cartel in Florida, but the state had nothing on them. However, Ava did find the murder report and some odd way his wife survived his brutal attack.

The police were looking to charge her, but the only thing they didn't have was the murder weapon, which made things harder. She wasn't talking, and the neighbors didn't see shit. Everything they were reading said Mel was in the clear, but things were never that easy for them. Zay knew if they let it go, the Lopez Cartel would be on their asses in the blink of an eye.

"Xy, how many more times am I going to have to say no? They know how to cover their tracks, and the only way to find out anything is to go there and scope out the place. Sitting here and looking into them or hacking isn't going to do the job. Unless you have something I don't have, Babe."

Ziggy looked up with a frown, which told them their answer. They were digging through a haystack, looking for a needle that would never be found. Ava was right. The only way to know what the cartel was doing was to go to Florida, but they would stir up more problems since they had to ask around. Their mafia had little to no influence there, and it would raise red flags.

"Ugh! I don't want to go through another fucking war!"

"Neither do we, but it is what it is. The cartel should have more sense than to attack us here, but if we go into their territory—"

"Which we will not be doing," Xerxes said, popping up as he always does. This time, he had Riley behind him, and she smiled at him while hugging his twin. "Where are our grandbabies?"

"With the nannies. I thought you were out."

"And now I'm back unless that is a problem with you, son." Xavier shook his head as Elias crazy ass laughed. Everything to him was funny, and sometimes, it got on his nerves. However, Zay didn't have a problem with his dad being back. He felt he was watching him or mad about them helping Melody besides coming to him.

"Let's take a break from looking for the cartel's next moves. If they knew who Melody and Ephraim—"

"Who the fuck name their son Ephraim? It's sounds like a bitch ass name."

"Elias, have you ever read the bible? Waitaminute don't answer that, but Ephraim is Joseph's son." Xylia and Yejide started to laugh as Elias stared at Shanice like she was crazy. "Bitch I know where the name came from—"

"Hey, don't call my wife a bitch."

"Zay you're a fucking bitch too! There are you fucking happy. Two bitches together don't make a right." He laughed as Xavier threw his water bottle at his head since Elias wasn't paying attention, it hit him. So quickly, he tried to throw it back, but Xerxes stepped in the way.

"Can the two of you act like adults for five minutes?"

"Yeah, we can, when you, my Dad, and all the others start acting like one gorilla man." Before Elias knew it, X had poured the water on his head as Lias swiftly grabbed it, throwing it in X's face and after he ran. "YOU LITTLE ASSHOLE!"

"Adriel."

"Wait until I see him again. I'm going to beat the shit outta his little ass, as I was saying. If they knew anything about Mel and Ephraim, they would be looking. I contacted one of The Romanos, who have men in Florida. They have eyes on them, and at the moment, they know nothing about the two. However, we do have another problem named The Kings. They want our territory in California."
