Jack had made a camping area out of the room he and Jason was in as he had a fire going to keep warm as Jason was shown with a bandage around his head as he slowly wakes up looking around in the tent before he crawls out looking around confused as he was in what looked like a kitchen as he stands up looking as everything around was frozen solid as a fire was on from the stove keeping them warm before seeing jack holding a flashlight as he looks over a map as he walks over.

"How long have I been out of it"he asked jack who turns around seeing Jason ok and awake.

"Couple of hours how do you feel"jack asked.

"Ok what happened"Jason asked looking around.

"We had to get inside in a hurry so I uh sort of pushed you in"jack explained.

"Sort of use to you pushing me in"Jason says as this has happened more then once.

Jack nods his head "good to have you back"he says before grabbing his coat as he puts it back on.

"What are you doing"Jason asked.

"The eye of the storm has passed we're forty miles from Manhattan"jack says as he suits up.

"Jack shouldn't we wait one more day"Jason asked.

"Sam, sage and her family might not have one more day "jack says as Jason realized he might be right as both resuit up as they were shown trudging through the snow as the wind blows harshly as jack stops as he takes out a tool smashing the ice off a interstate sigh as Jason checked the a machine in his hand before frozen bodies were shown on the ground as he lowers his hand it was the people sage begged not to leave as they all were frozen solid as the officer she argued with was shown jason and jack share solume looks they must have got caught in the eye of the storm.

Jack and Jason were shown having set up camp as it was dark and the wind blew harshly as they waited untill morning earth was shown as the two storms were shown slowly dissipating over northern America as the sun shines as the snow dies down.

Jack looks out of the tent as the sun rises as the sky was Storm free as the wind blows gently as he crawls out sitting on his knees before getting to his feet as Jason joins him as they look forward as half a ship was shown sticking out the snow as it was frozen solid soon the statue of Liberty was shown covered in frozen ice and snow as jack and Jason were shown trudging by it pulling a sleigh as they were as they move forward to new York City what was not buried underneath the snow as the sun shines bright with blue sky's.

Jack stops as he moves his goggles up "how much further is it to the library"he asked Jason who looks at the coordinates on a machine.

"It should be... right here"he says looking at jack as jack looks around breathing hard.

"I'm sorry jack"Jason says but jack wasn't giving up as he un buckles his snow shoes as he jogs forward up the snow hill with Jason before the see the very top of the library and what was above the snow before they were shown carefully sliding inside through the snow as everything was frozen they were walking down a path way using flash lights as jack looks around.

"Sam? Sage?"he yells calling out as it echos as they continue to look around before he looks to a set of doors as a red glow was underneath as as he slowly grabs one of the handles turning it before pushing the door open as they step in as a fire was going in the fire place as everyone was bundled together asleep as he shines the flashlight around.

Sage slowly wakes up a she sees her father "dad"she says in relief before soon everyone was woken up even Laura before Sam and sage rush to there father as he cry's hugging his kids as the others watch with soft smiles as Nathan holds Jamie they made it through the nightmare of storms now it was time to heal.

Sage and everyone were shown far from new York as they travel by foot before hearing helicopters as she looks up "guys look"she says as they all look seeing many rescue helicopters as jack waves then down before a helicopter lands as they were helped onto the helicopter as they fly off.

"Hey sage thanks for helping us and I'm sorry for being an ass of a brother can we start over"Sam says shocking there father.

Sage smiles softly"sure thing little bro "she says as they fist bump before he gets to know his niece as she rambles on about books as they smile before they see other survivors who were standing on top of the taller buildings as different helicopters land on different buildings as they fly off heading home the earth showing the storms cleared as parts of the continents were covered in snow as everything went black.
