Description
The user of this quirk is able to form a golden ball of fire in the form of Yin and Yang in their hands that is either good luck or bad luck. They can then touch a part of their body to transfer the quirk onto themselves, or objects.
Drawbacks/Limitations
User isn't able to tell which kind of luck it is, nor are they able to direct it to a certain person to use. Constant use of it will burn the skin of their hands off, as well as strain the muscles in their arms and hands, for each spell cast adds weight to it little by little, and over time their arms will be rendered unusable for a couple hours.
They could potentially use their quirk to reverse some of said effects, but if they're hit with bad luck the consequences are dire. Their Quirk is, to put it simply, a game of luck.
