Quirk Description:
This quirk lets the user freeze an image within their point of view with a blink of an eye. Freezing anything within their eyesight, they are able to freeze movement and nature and they are able to unfreeze the image by blinking again.
Quirk Drawbacks/Limitations:
When the user first starts off using their quirk they have full battery, aka full memory, of what happened when they used it. But as they use it more the more battery it takes away, aka more memory of what happened, so little by little they'll keep losing more memory until the point they can't remember anything and could possibly black out if they continue to use their quirk even after they can't remember anything. The users quirk also affects them in a way, making their movements slow. Because of this, they are vulnerable if they were to be attacked while their quirk was activated. (They also gets bad dry eye from their quirk)
