📍2 pm, university (its the next day)
I stood there, watching Seishiro walk away, his broad shoulders tense with emotions he rarely displayed so openly.
The weight of his words lingered in the air, making my heart race. As much as I wanted to assure him of my unwavering feelings, I knew that actions would speak louder than words. I had to show him that my heart belonged only to him.The rest of the day passed in a blur. My mind was distracted, filled with thoughts of Seishiro and how to mend the unease that had settled between us.
By the time classes ended, I was more than ready to see him again, to clear the air once and for all.
I headed to the practice fields where I knew Seishiro would be. The rhythmic sounds of soccer balls being kicked and the coaches' whistles filled the air as I approached. Seishiro was in the midst of practice, his usual grace and skill evident in every move.
But even from a distance, I could see the tension in his posture, the way he played with a fervor that spoke of his unsettled emotions.Standing by the sidelines, I waited patiently until practice ended.
The team gradually dispersed, laughing and chatting amongst themselves, but Seishiro's eyes sought me out immediately.
Without a word, he walked over, sweat glistening on his forehead, his breath coming in short bursts from the intensity of the practice.
"Sei," I began softly, reaching out to touch his arm. "we need to talk."
He nodded, his expression guarded but willing to listen. We found a quiet spot under a large oak tree, away from the bustle of the campus.
The shade provided a cool respite from the afternoon sun, and the leaves rustled gently in the breeze, creating a peaceful backdrop for our conversation.
"Sei, i want you to know that you mean everything to me," I started, my voice steady but filled with emotion. "That note meant nothing. It was just some guy trying to get my attention, but he doesn't matter. You do."
He looked at me, his eyes softening slightly but still clouded with doubt.
"It's just... I can't stand the thought of someone else trying to take you away from me," he admitted, his voice raw with vulnerability.
I took his hand in mine, squeezing it gently. "No one can take me away from you, Sei. You are my everything. I love you, and only you. Please don't doubt that."He sighed, the tension easing from his shoulders as he pulled me into a tight embrace. "I just... I get scared sometimes. You're so amazing, and I can't help but worry that someone else will see that and try to take you from me."
I pulled back slightly to look into his eyes, my hands cupping his face. "Sei, you have nothing to worry about. My heart belongs to you, and nothing will change that."
He leaned down, capturing my lips in a tender, yet possessive kiss. It was a kiss that spoke of love, of reassurance, and of a promise that no matter what happened, we would face it together. As we parted, I rested my forehead against his, feeling the steady rhythm of his breath. "Let's not let this come between us," I whispered. "We have something special, and I don't want to lose that because of some silly note."
He nodded, a small smile tugging at his lips. "You're right. I'm sorry for overreacting. I just love you so much."
"I love you too, Sei," I replied, sealing our words with another gentle kiss. "Now, let's go get something to eat. I'm starving."📍 dining hall, 6pm
With our hands intertwined, we walked back towards the campus, the earlier tension replaced with a renewed sense of closeness.
As we joined our friends for dinner, the warmth of Seishiro's presence beside me made everything feel right again.
For the rest of the night, we stayed close, our bond stronger than ever.
as the sun set, casting a golden glow over the campus, I knew that no matter what challenges came our way, we would face them together, our love unwavering and true.
As the days turned into weeks, the incident with the note became a distant memory, overshadowed by countless moments of laughter, love, and shared dreams.
Seishiro and I navigated the ups and downs of university life hand in hand, our relationship growing deeper with each passing day.
We attended classes, studied for exams, and supported each other through the stress and excitement of academic life.
And every night, as we lay in each other's arms, the world outside faded away, leaving just the two of us in our own little universe.
It was during one of these quiet evenings, as we sat on a bench overlooking the campus, that Seishiro turned to me, his eyes filled with a mixture of determination and love."Y/N," he began, taking a deep breath. "I want you to know that I'm serious about us. About our future. I can't imagine my life without you."
I felt a lump in my throat as his words sank in. "Sei..."
He took my hand, his grip firm and reassuring. "I know we're still young and figuring things out, but I promise you, whatever happens, I want us to face it together. You and me, against the world."
Tears welled up in my eyes, not of sadness, but of overwhelming happiness. "I feel the same way, sei. You are my everything, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us."
With that, he pulled me into his arms, and as the stars began to twinkle above us, we knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, our love would be the guiding light that led us through.
And so, with the university as our backdrop, we continued our journey together, our hearts intertwined, ready to face whatever the future held, secure in the knowledge that we belonged to each other, now and always.-amy
