Years passed, and the bustling university campus, once a place filled with endless study sessions, late-night conversations, and dreams of the future, became a cherished memory for me and Sei.
We had graduated with honors, each ready to embark on our respective journeys.
I was on my way to becoming a doctor, and Sei was about to enter the world of professional football.

The day of our graduation was bittersweet. We stood on the threshold of a new chapter, filled with excitement but also a tinge of apprehension about what lay ahead.
"You did it, Doctor Y/N," Sei said with a proud smile as he adjusted the tassel on her graduation cap.
"And you, professional footballer Seishiro," i replied, beaming up at him.
As we parted ways to pursue our careers, our bond only grew stronger.
I moved to a bustling city to begin my residency at a renowned hospital, while Sei signed a contract with a major football club, becoming a rising star in the world of sports.
The distance between us was challenging, but our love was unwavering.
We communicated daily, our video calls filled with laughter and stories of their respective days.
I would share my experiences of long hours at the hospital, the joy of saving lives, and the occasional heartache of losing a patient. Sei would recount his training sessions, the thrill of scoring goals, and the camaraderie he shared with his teammates.

One particularly cold winter evening, I had just finished a grueling shift. I was exhausted, my feet aching, but my heart was light as i received a call from Sei.
"Hey, love. How was your day?" Sei's voice, warm and familiar, was like a soothing balm to my tired soul.
"It was tough," i admitted, sinking into my soft couch. "But hearing your voice makes it all better. How about you? How was the game?"
Sei chuckled. "We won. I scored the winning goal."
"That's amazing, Sei! I wish I could have been there to see it."
"One day soon, you will be," he promised, a hint of excitement in his voice. "I have some news." my heart skipped a beat.
‚'What is it?"
"I've been transferred to a club in your city. I'll be moving there next month."
Tears of joy welled up in my eyes once more. "Sei, that's incredible! I can't believe it!"
"Believe it, Y/N. We're going to be together again."
The next few weeks were a whirlwind of preparations.
Sei moved into an apartment not far from the hospital where i worked.
The day he arrived, we embraced tightly, as if to make up for all the time we had spent apart.
Life together in the city is a dream come true.
My demanding schedule was balanced by the comfort of knowing Sei was there to support her. Similarly, Sei found solace in my unwavering belief in him, my presence a constant source of motivation.
Our careers flourished.
I became a respected doctor, known for my dedication and compassion. Sei's prowess on the football field brought him fame and success. Despite our busy lives, we made time for each other, understanding that our relationship was the foundation upon which our happiness was built.
One evening, after a particularly exhilarating game where Sei's team had clinched the championship, he invited me to celebrate. We went to our favorite spot, a cozy restaurant with a view of the city skyline.
As we sat under the twinkling stars, reminiscent of that night at the university, Sei took my hand in his.
"I have something to ask you," he said, his voice filled with emotion.
i looked at him, my heart pounding. "What is it, Sei?"
Sei got down on one knee, pulling out a small velvet box.
''Y/N, you are my everything. You have been my strength, my inspiration, and my love. Will you marry me?"
Tears streamed down my face as i nodded, unable to speak. Finally, i found my voice.
"Yes, Sei. A thousand times yes."
We embraced, the city lights around them blurring into a kaleidoscope of colors.
The restaurant erupted in applause, and strangers cheered for their love.
Our wedding was a beautiful affair, a celebration of our journey and the love that had seen us through every challenge. Friends and family gathered to witness our union, and as we exchanged vows, there wasn't a dry eye in the room.
Years later, me and Sei looked back on their journey with gratitude.
We had built a life together, filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. We continued to grow in our careers, always supporting each other.
Our home was filled with the sounds of joy – the laughter of their children, the pitter-patter of little feet, and the endless stories of their adventures.
Me and Sei knew that no matter what the future held, our love would always be the guiding light that led them through.
And so, we lived our lives, intertwined in heart and soul, secure in the knowledge that we belonged to each other, now and always.
