EVEN AT school Y/N's mind kept wandering back to the recently happened events, making it hard for her to concentrate. Lucky for her, spring break wasn't far away. One week and then she could finally rest. Or well, partially that was. With its soon arrival, Anri asked the girl if she would like to stay over at the facility until school starys again. She happily accepted, especially since she told her she was free to come and go as she pleases as long as she does her job.
At first she was hesitant. After all, seeing Kira's face more often is something she didn't particulary enjoy. Good thing she didn't have to interact with him! Instead, she'd get to spend more time with Barou. She still wasn't sure how to feel about what happened. He didn't seem to pay mind to it, so why did she have to dwell onto the past?
Today when she walked into the facility, there was no sign of Anri. The girl decided to text her and found out she was out for the day. She told her to ask Ego if he needed help with anything so that's what she did, despite not wanting to interact in the slightest with him.
Walking through the same monotonous hallways until she reached that same, metal door she took a deep breath before knocking on the door. "Hello Ego sir.. can I uhm come in." He spat out an inaudible string of words before an unlocking sound reached her ears. Y/N walked into the cold room, a gloomy atmosphere washing over her as she continued.
