Sev's POV
We are two weeks back into Hogwarts and I begin to believe that I'm going crazy. I always hear a voice talking, but it sounds like it comes from the walls. I till now found out that I'm a parsel- mouth and the thing that is talking is a Basilisk that sneakes through the pipes of the school.
So now here I am, trying to create a map, that shows everybody, everywhere, every minute of every day. And after nearly 2 months I'm now holding 'the Marauders map'. The name came to me, because I want to give it to Jamie and his closest friends Remus and Sirius.
I created it to find the chamber of secrets and the Basilisk, because it sounds very scared.

After six months of my second year, I can finally go into the chamber. As I arrived there, I saw a little boy laying on the ground, beside him layed the Basilisk. 'It isn't even grown up by now!', I thought. It looked at me as I stroked it's head. 'You must run', the snake hissed. 'I won't, what's your name little one?', I replied in parsel.
While I tried to reassure the little snake named Ivy, I didn't realise that someone walked up to me. Or that said someone aimed at me. The last thing I heard is, "Avada Kedavra!", then everything went black.
