Aarav had sleep apnea.
A disease which can cause heart beat stop while sleeping, the patients heart is voluntary organ in this cases, and heart can stop when brain falls sleep.
And it can cause immediate death.

Aarav was facing this from childhood, from his birth.

And he needs special care, aarav can't sleep anyware that's why he was appointed a body guard with him 24/7 by Arjun three years back.

Aarav was playing with his basketball in the garden. And fall asleep in front of his parents, but they both ware so much busy in there calls and magazines. that they didn't notice aarav, he was lucky that day Arjun Agnihotri came home early and watched his red jercy stopping car immediately he run towards aarav, picked him up and head to hospital.

From then on aarav was came under Arjun Agnihotri's care by Abasaheb Agnihotri's orders.
This incident happened ten years ago.

But Rather than securing aarav safety this made him loner.

His bullshit parents started to do their work and got busy and pushed all responsibilities on Arjun. And forget that they even have a son, just like they forgot that they had a daughter .
Arjun tried his best, atleast he didn't gave aarav any punishment or anything for the trouble he caused and appointed a qualified bodygard to him.

Maybe after mugdha comes under Arjun's care after that fiasco. Aarav started to felt hate towards mugdha, like some one snatching what is his, aarav was merely a kid back then, who was didn't even knew that Arjun is not his real brother, and started to think of Arjun as his real brother.

Cause of negligence of his parents aarav forgot that they are his parents and started to consider Arjun as his every thing and mimicked Arjun in anything and every thing.

Maybe this is a truth, every child deserves a parent, but not every parents deserve a child.

That when coming in the hospital today no one noticed aarav. a kid, who was shaken by the seane which unfolded in front of him like this.

A person suffering from allergy, he must have seen something like that first time.

It's partially mugdha's fault too.

Wiping her tears mugdha stood from ground and walked towards bench.
If she didn't had mixed kaju in the kheer that ugly buffalo may not have been in the hospital . And Arjun must have took care of aarav and all the servents responsible for aaravs health would be punished by him.

Closing her eyes mugdha thought of the day when she thought, every day when she would woke up, a new start will be waiting for her, she will give her best and everything will be fine.
Just like it happened in fairy tales.

But her faith and belief got shattered just like glass which was thrown with so much force on stones.

That dreadful morning she woke up and watched her mother hanging on cealing fan above her and her mother's bed.

A mare eight year child who didn't even knew what is actually death means got the most horrible memory of her own mother death like this.

That child tried to pull her mother, but couldn't. And run towards road to ask for help, but got ignored, she begged them Full in tears to stop and pointing towards her home tried to drag, but their busy schedule didn't let them help her, some pushed her, some ignored, and some throw coins in her way.

Looking at the coins mugdha didn't know what happened to her but she started to cry, cry as hard as possible like she come to the point where she understood she lost everything, every thing. And her state maybe just like these coins which are scattered on the ground.

Her mother's dangling legs and white face.

That sight still haunts her someday or maybe every day.

Suddenly she felt hurried footsteps.
Mugdha looked up and found Arjun running towards ICU.

A fear and guilt engulfed mugdha. Goosebumps of panic aroused on her body, she was not a bad person she didn't intended to do something like that. It was accident.
She wanted to shout to the world but couldn't.
She. is. mute.

After talking with doctor and aparna, Arjun walked towards mugdha, without any emotions and empathy.

Arjun thanked her and walked away from there.

Maybe this is fate, to know that she was wrong.
Thinking this mugdha walked towards the receptionist and gathered pratiks room no.

In way she watch Arpita who was crying and get Console by her mother and aunt.

They are away from pratiks room, maybe he is fine.

Mugdha just wanted to watch him and asked for forgiveness.

Mugdha stood infront of that VIP room and peeked inside.

It's her fault, she knows pratiks allergy towards kaju is mild, she should have added the garlic in dishes so that he would have died on the spot.

Even if mugdha didn't like Arpita but as a human being, she should atleast inform her about this thing.

Thinking this mugdha walked towards Arpita.

But right now only Arpita and aprna are there.

Maybe others are went to meet Aarav.

Mugdha watched her phone which contains pratik and that nerses kissing seane video.
